Thank you for your reply. At this time, the DNS information for the domain utvguide.net can be viewed here: https://intodns.com/utvguide.net

The A record does indeed point to 45.55.55.8, while the MX record points to mail.utvguide.net  which resolves to 66.7.215.38, your dedicated server. Unfortunately we do not offer a pure DNS hosting solution, outside of your own hosting packages and servers. If you would like to host a domain's DNS on a different server, you will need to update the nameservers at your registrar to point to the new server. As of right now, the DNS for the domain utvguide.net is hosted on your dedicated server.

Upon further investigation, I was able to log into WebMail for the account 1hdtest@utvguide.net and send/receive email without issue. You can access WebMail here: https://mail.utvguide.net:2096/
