subclasses are "aspects". some are: Aspect of the Cursed, Aspect of the Dreamer. maybe something like "Aspect of the Oracle"? and i also like the idea of a 1/3 bard caster, or 1/3 druid caster. "Aspect of the Dancer" or "Aspect of the Wild" perhaps.
each stance thing can be activated as a BA, one stance at a time
has an active effect (both when you first active, and as a BA on subsequent turns) and passive (on all times)
maybe make it so that there's a dice resource, and the active costs a die? you can proc the active when you activate the passive for 1 die, or you can just put on the passive
