[03:11] <eagle1967> quick nutshell.  UD ws a big competition for cm at the time. way more popular for the droid actually
[03:12] <eagle1967> he had some team members.  and as everyone does we use open source of others stuff.
[03:13] <eagle1967> the supposed deal was that they say BD took cm's source pretty much all of it for the rom and added his custom stuff and gave no  credits to cm.

[03:15] <eagle1967> the pictures i saw were apk's that were included in themes and BD says all that happend was he ported a theme that was for CM and didnt change the apps.  his team members say that is not true and that it was cm's source

[03:23] <eagle1967> but anyways that is what its about and still going on.  a lot of people where very involved adn close with BD and felt betrayed. it didnt help that BD teammates all threw him under the bus
