  5. noodles
  6. 2 packages steamed egg noodles, i got the thickest chow mein i could find
  7. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  8.  
  9. meat
  10. 1 lb shaved meat of choice (pork loin today), roll and freeze
  11.  
  12. sauce
  13. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  14. 1/2 cup rice cooking wine
  15. 1/4 cup bottled sweet n sour sauce
  16. 1 cup soy sauce
  17. 1 tablespoon sugar
  18. 1/2 tablespoon jarred minced ginger
  19. 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
  20. 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  21. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  22. 1/4 cup water
  23.  
  24. veggies
  25. 1 cabbage
  26. 2 romato tomatoes
  27. 1 large white onion
  28. whatever else veggies normies wanna add
  29.  
  30. utensils
  31. measuring: full cup, half cup, quarter cup, tablespoon
  32. large pot
  33. large saute pan (or wok)
  34. cookie sheet
  35. tongs
  36.  
  37. instructions
  38. spread out double layered paper towels on a cutting board
  39. cover cookie shit in tin foil, clear space for it in the freezer
  40. bring large pot of salted water to boil, leave it going 2-3m
  41. dunk in packaged noodles, cook to instructions (mine was 10s), then remove
  42. spread noodles on paper towels, pat dry VIGOROUSLY
  43. dump onto cookie sheet, drizzle w/2 tbsp oil, stick in freezer
  44.  
  45. set large saute pan to heat on low, add 1/4 cup water
  46. cut all vegetables to preference
  47. add vegetables to pan, douse in 1/2 cup sauce, stir for 1-2m
  48. add meats, stir for 1-2m
  49. add noodles and 1 cup sauce
  50. keep in motion
  51. add extra sauce as needed
