- mongolian bbq: serves 3
- ingredients
- noodles
- 2 packages steamed egg noodles, i got the thickest chow mein i could find
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- meat
- 1 lb shaved meat of choice (pork loin today), roll and freeze
- sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup rice cooking wine
- 1/4 cup bottled sweet n sour sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon jarred minced ginger
- 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- veggies
- 1 cabbage
- 2 romato tomatoes
- 1 large white onion
- whatever else veggies normies wanna add
- utensils
- measuring: full cup, half cup, quarter cup, tablespoon
- large pot
- large saute pan (or wok)
- cookie sheet
- tongs
- instructions
- spread out double layered paper towels on a cutting board
- cover cookie shit in tin foil, clear space for it in the freezer
- bring large pot of salted water to boil, leave it going 2-3m
- dunk in packaged noodles, cook to instructions (mine was 10s), then remove
- spread noodles on paper towels, pat dry VIGOROUSLY
- dump onto cookie sheet, drizzle w/2 tbsp oil, stick in freezer
- set large saute pan to heat on low, add 1/4 cup water
- cut all vegetables to preference
- add vegetables to pan, douse in 1/2 cup sauce, stir for 1-2m
- add meats, stir for 1-2m
- add noodles and 1 cup sauce
- keep in motion
- add extra sauce as needed
