STRENGTHS: ↣UNPREDICTABLE; one of her qualities she considers the best is her ability to hide her thoughts and act out of the blue, rendering her intentions and actions unpredictable.

           ↣OBSERVANT; mostly lurking in the shadows, the reason jeongguk and jimin call RIN a ninja is understandable. RIN pays attention to every detail she can catch, going unnoticed.

           ↣GREAT LISTENER; her silence comes with undeniably great listening abilities (when it comes to the sense and actually being a good listener). RIN is the perfect person to come to if you need to spill your feelings and concerns, her distant nods and back patting are strangely comforting.

HABITS: ↣SHARING; when RIN is happy, instead of indicating it with the huge smile that she itches to hold back, she shares. whether it's food, a blanket, a book, etc, she will share it with a faint hint of a smile in her eyes.

        ↣GLARING; NASRIN masks her nervousness with anger. a cold, infuriated expression focusing mainly on a sharp glare will easily be noticed whenever she's excessively nervous.

        ↣WRIST HOLDING; having your wrist held is something you should get accustomed to in RIN's presence as she does it a lot. she will use this gesture in many ways, eg: to give you a sense of protection, to stop you from doing something, to lead you somewhere, etc.

PERSONALITY:

as cold and lacking of emotions RIN may seem on the outside, she's actually a very warm hearted, compassionate person despite her reluctancy to forgive someone who has done wrong. she's very secretive and prefers to keep everything (her discoveries and personal information) to herself for a sense of safety, this trait also makes her the easiest person to trust and go to for comfort since she gives the impression of being sure to take your secret to the grave.

in group settings, she would rather keep her cold image and make her interactions minimal: she only speaks when it's absolutely important. however, when it comes to confronting  a person in private, her expression immediately softens. her soft side remains unspoken of among the mortals and the witches but gratefully acknowledged.

when feeling threatened, RIN will most likely respond aggressively and as if her life depended on it, she's quick to panic and fight back but doesn't waste her magic unless she feels like the threat is immense; the reason being is that she knows she's very powerful and wouldn't risk causing too much chaos if she can just fight physically.

despite her few known positive qualities, there are always bad behaviors to accompany them:

when things go missing, the first person to accuse is RIN. RIN is the type to shamelessly steal anything pleasing to her eye: if the missing object goes noticed and she's directly questioned about it, she will wordlessly give it back. however, if the object goes unnoticed she will happily keep it forever.

RIN is also known for not taking one for the team since she treasures her life too much, there are only a few selected people that she would sacrifice herself for (her pet, her lover, her aunt and her brother) which doesn't make her the best knight in shining armor when it comes to helping her fellow witches and mortals in desperate need.

all in all, the wordless RIN remains mysterious, reserved and has a cold image that she is proud of. she is the ideal person to go to if you're not seeking advice, but someone to spill your feelings to however she definitely isn't the person to depend on when you need a savior.

↳BEREN is a seemingly joyful, plump, healthy 50 year old but don't let her image fool you, for her shimmering halo is being held up by devil horns.
↳BEREN and RIN act more like cat and mouse than mother and daughter, they absolutely do not get along but both of them are indifferent about their bad relationship.

↳ENSAR is very similar to RIN in terms of behavior and interests, unlike BEREN, his personality is genuine.
↳given their similarities, RIN and ENSAR had a mutual appreciation for eachother, they were never close but still got along. his dead was easy on her.

AUNT ❨ALIVE❩: NAZLY, 32. CLOSENESS: ●●●●○.
↳NAZLY is nothing like RIN's parents, she's crazily outgoing, joyful and borderline clumsy. she seems to understand everyone and looks like anything but a threat but be careful, don't underestimate her.
↳it would be difficult to believe that NAZLY mainly raised RIN due to their polar opposite personalities, but NAZLY truly understands RIN (bc of mind reading woops) and RIN appreciates her very much.

BROTHER ❨ALIVE❩: CEYHUN, 19. CLOSENESS: ●●●●●.
↳CEYHUN got all of the positivity from NAZLY, but is especially similar to jeongguk. he loves anime and video games and is very fun to be with unless you anger him, he's known for his violent elemental control.
↳CEHYUN is the only person RIN is capable of having true conversations with, despite their occasional fights and playful teasing that absolutely annoys them both, NASRIN and CEYHUN treasure and trust eachother more than anything.

→CHILDHOOD; on a beautiful spring day, the 18th of MAY 1994 to be precise, a full blooded witch was born. coming from a mother with the finest manipulative magic and a father capable of manipulating anyone's five senses was of great advantage to her since it taught her to not be fooled so easily.

for first five years of her life, you could say she was absolutely neglected and lonely: her parents prioritized their work over her and didn't bother taking her anywhere farther than their backyard, so when she was finally introduced to society, she definitely wasn't the social butterfly.

when she reached the age of six, NAZLY decided to take her and her then one year old brother as her responsibility, seeing how gloomy and reserved RIN always was: her parents happily gave both the children in.

this is when the happier phase of her life started: NAZLY would act the best she could in an attempt to replace both parents and it worked easily since NASRIN's parents set the bar low. being a highly intellectual witch, she helped NASRIN study history, potions and spells, leaving her to discover her personal powers on her own. at the time, NASRIN began being more talkative.

→ADOLESCENCE; it was at the age of 13 that NASRIN finally got SILVER, her animal companion. she has never been happier and immediately developed a bond with the animal, eventually doing everything with him, even showering. she also finally got her TALISMAN, a silver tongue piercing in order to keep it hidden.

at this point she began being aware of the horrors of the world, of the betrayals, the spies, the backstabbing and everything bad. on top of that, her parents pressured her quite harshly to keep her mouth shut in the goal of hiding their dirty family secrets (will be address in 'CLAN'), but the expression grew on her literally: she began retreating herself again and not speaking a word.

as her adolescence went by, she grew accustomed to staying silent and even found it rather enjoyable, now being able to appreciate her sense of hearing more and being creepily aware of her surroundings.

this phase of her life is also the phase where she evolved the most in terms of skills and magic, she had more free time than ever and enjoyed using her abilities to entertain herself, her brother and her pet. her father, as if he knew death was approaching, attempted to teach her to control people's senses, accidentally unlocking her illusionary control instead, much to her advantage.

→ADULTHOOD; ENSAR (her father) had died shortly after her 20th birthday, it hadn't affected her as much as it should have, it hadn't affected her at all, therefore the clan gave her a title of 'THE SOLITARY CALLOUS WOMAN': it was supposed to shame her but she felt oddly proud; the way she proudly wore the title quickly earned her respect among the clan for some reason.


her secretive and mysterious behavior has reached it's peak by now and she believes she will still evolve when it comes to her skills, the future is yet to come.

→SUMMARY; ORIS is a fairly large clan spread unevenly around the world, instead of minding their business, they prefer snooping into other clans for information and causing problems which is something that NASRIN and many other members highly disagree with. other than the fact that the leaders are unreasonable people, the lower members of the clan are quite enjoyable to be with, preferring to use their powers for the good rather than for the evil.

→TRAITS; the members of the clan are usually either soft spoken or very eloquent, though it isn't the case for all of them. a trait that every member possesses is dark hair and a relatively tall figure.

→HEREDITARY POWERS; hereditary powers in the clan are anything related to the five senses: it could be abnormally enhanced hearing abilities, the ability to project their voice to places they aren't physically present in, the ability to make people feel things that aren't there, x-ray vision or abnormally enhanced smelling abilities.

→PECULIAR TRADITIONS; each 14th of DECEMBER in four year intervals, the clan members reunite in the pit of a mountain somewhere around the world. the oldest member is buried alive vertically into the ground, with only their head sticking out. each member places wood and other inflammable objects around the members head: a bonfire is created. the whole clan hums in an even tone while holding special aromatic potions in order to mask the screams and smell of burnt witch. this long lasting tradition brings long lives and better luck to the members.

→FAMILY'S STATUS; the KAYA family is responsible for dirty deeds that include spying, assassination and many other wrong doings such as stealing, manipulation, lying, etc. in order to keep their dangerous position masked, they come off as a low profile family. if the KAYA children (NASRIN and CEYHUN) refuse to carry on the responsibility, the role will be given to someone else after BEREN's death.

→THE CLANS INSIGNIA; the clans insignia is a plump blue mouth with only six teeth visible, each symbolising a sense, the sixth remains unknown. on the upper lip lays a four eyes serpent and off the lower lip dangles what seems to be wet hair dripping down in triangular shapes, representing respect for the elders: when turned upside down, the hairs look like mountains (the area chosen for their tradition).

             →TELEPATHY; a power that she can only use with her brother and aunt, she's working on it.

             →CLINGING; the ability to cling onto solid surfaces such as ceilings and walls.

             →VOICE ECHO; it is not her strongest/most prominent power but it is hereditary; she would've preferred having enhanced hearing.

MAGIC LEVEL: 7.5/10 the reason being is that her abilities often slip out of her control.

TALISMAN: the jewel that strengthens her and gives her the best of her luck is the silver tongue piercing that she never takes out, it is also one of the reasons why she never speaks, in fear that it'll be taken away.

FAMILIAR: RIN's animal companion is a smooth snake named SILVER, referring to his shimmery silver scales. SILVER is strangely protective over his owner, if he's not carefully wrapped around RIN's neck, he'll most likely be found sneaking up a girls skirt, causing utter chaos. SILVER seems to share an unpredictable and observant nature with RIN, nobody will see his aggression coming until he snaps into action. despite his unique and every so often hostile behaviors towards others, SILVER will always be the bestest friend to NASRIN.


PREFERRED CLOTHING STYLE: RIN goes with the typical witch attire: a black hooded cloak, shiny black classic platform shoes and generally dark clothing in order to remain simple, comfortable and unnoticed.

       →RIN actually knew jeongguk before meeting him since her brother wouldn't stop rambling about him.

       →RIN also knew seokjin and was starting to become a fan of his since his new drama came out.

       →she started eating apples ironically after seeing the poisoned apple in snow white.

       →younger clan members thinks she's mute, it used to annoy her but now she's amused.

       →RIN is very intrigued when it comes to tattoos.

       →she wears a suspended earring engraved with random lines to make it look like her talisman when in reality her talisman is in her mouth.

       →she still showers with SILVER even as a grown up.
