sm: been on 0x and 43 pace quite often lately (considering how little I do runs) but the grind is brutal my dudes. Will be nice to be prepped for the fast-mids after I lose some more slow-mids in tourian but we'll see how it goes.

lost power today midstream during a run I preferred to finish but eh sometimes it just aint gonna work out.

other than that, just doing the same ol of beefin up my mind and body
