- Comment: Worse than the Battle-Worn Doom Blade, but it isn't rare.

- Comment: Small chance to do big damage on-hit, but only if the hit it replaces deals less than 100% damage normally. Formula is Ceiling(SquareRoot(YourLevel)*12.5 + MainStat/3)

- Attack button - 5% chance to do 7x 175% damage (1225% total)

- Comment: Most powerful on-attack special.
- Cysero's Hamsterclysm / Hamstergeddon / Hamsterocalypse
- Attack button - 5% chance to deal 3x 50% damage and inflict -100 ??? elemental weakness for 50 turns

- Comment: Extremely overpowered.
- Frozen Claymore
- Attack button - 5% chance to give you +25 Fire elemental resist and inflict -100 Ice elemental weakness
- The Mighty Akriloth; Fire War (RARE)
- Comment: A better version of the Vanilla Ice Katana, but it's rare. You can use the temporary version, but since it's temp you'll be forced to equip it instead of showing. The debuff bypasses hit check.
- Necrotic Sword of Doom
- Attack button - 5% chance to deal 12x 100% Darkness damage (1200% total)
- DC package
- Comment: Weaker than Chronokeeper, but it isn't rare.
- Vanilla Ice Katana
- Attack button - 5% chance to inflict -100 Ice elemental weakness
- The Final Battle; Fire War
- Comment: Makes monsters with less than 100 Ice Resist much easier to fight. Combos with Icebound Revenant, does not stack with Frozen Claymore/Ice Scythe. Takes a while to farm. Worse than the Frozen Claymore, but it isn't rare. The debuff bypasses hit check.

- Race trigger - +40% damage to Dragons OR +75% damage to Dragons with DragonKnight Cape and DragonKnight Helm
- Cysero's Superstore of Savings(DC)
- Comment: Best anti-Dragon race trigger, but costs DCs.
- Escelense (Dragon) Defender Blade / Daggers / Staff
- Race trigger - +30% damage to Elementals
- Wrath of Wargoth; The Anomaly (DEFENDERS' MEDAL)
- Comment: The best anti-elemental weapon, unless you really want another DC package.

- Comment: Strong defensive trinket skill with a low cooldown. Has a low drop rate and can be a pain to farm.
- Chi Bomb (Chi Blast)
- Damages the target for up to 50% of their remaining HP, but has a level-based damage cap (949 at level 90)
- Akira's Challenge; Aeris PvP Battlespire (DC)
- Comment: Combos well with damage boosting classes, elemental weakness, and other shenanigans. This is stupidly broken and will probably be nerfed in the future.
- Crogen Amulet (Crogen Amulet)
- +20 Darkness and Light for 10 turns
- Teral's Gear; Hunter's Paradise
- Comment: The effect isn't applied the turn you use it.
- Coffee (Fry's Coffee)
- Gives +20% boost for 5 turns

- Comment: Better than Mirror Eye, but rare.
- Defender Cannon Bombardment (Defender Cannon Mk.)
- 20x 20% Metal damage (400% total)

- Comment: Does the most hits. Triggers the most weapons.

- Comment: You'd rarely use this over EUD or Defender's Cannon but it has its moments.

- DC package, Defender's Rares (SPECIAL OFFER, DEFENDERS' MEDAL)
- Comment: Does almost the most hits. Triggers almost the most weapons. You want this trinket for the stats but the skill is useful too.
- Ice Gem's Strike (Ice Gem)
- 100% Ice damage, inflicts -20 Ice weakness for 9 turns
- Ice Gems; Fire War
- Comment: Essential if you're stacking Ice weakness.
- Mirror Eye (Mirror Eye Trinket)
- +15% boost for 5 turns
- Illusion; Shadow of the Wind Village
- Comment: Can only be used after you've just taken damage.
- Runeblast (Runestone)
- 10x 30% damage, inflicts 33% ??? DoT for 5 turns
- Shear Destruction; The Shears
- Comment: Poor man's EUD/Cannon/Destiny Dragon.
- Summon Honda (Summon Honda)
- 3x 40% Poison damage, inflicts 50% Poison DoT for 8 turns
- Ninja Items; Shadow of the Wind Village
- Comment: This is only here because it powers up Ninja's Catalyst attack, unlike other trinket/special DoTs.
- Unexpected Proposal (Indecent Proposal)
- Stuns for 2 turns
- Daddy's DC Shop; Hero's Heart Day (SEASONAL, DC)
- Comment: Doesn't have to hit the enemy in order to apply the stun.
- Vaal's Ego (Vaal's Ego)
- Inflicts a 33% weapon damage DoT for 99 turns.
- Unfortunate Souls Challenges; Inn at the Edge of Time
- Comment: Perma-DoT that you don't have to waste turns re-applying. Nice.
- We Have Your Back (DragonFable Friends)
- Deals 3x 66% damage and applies +10 Boost for 10 turns. If the Flame Claw Scythe is equipped, deals 8x 66% damage and applies +10 Boost for 10 turns.

- Provides you with a BPD shield upon being equipped and re-applies it every 16 turns. Chance to apply a DoT.
- Otherworldly Creatures challenges; Inn at the Edge of Time
- Commment: Strength of the shield scales with your level and CHA.
- Bonehead
- Chance to heal 5% of max HP and inflict -10 bth for 2 turns
- A Boneheaded Brawl; Thankstaking Act 12 (SEASONAL)
- Comment: The best equippable healing pet in the game, but hellish to farm for.
- Emperor / King / Prince Linus
- X + LUK/10 % chance to reduce opponent's HP by 10%
- Grams Pet Upgrades
- Comment: With enough LUK, these pets can chop off a huge amount of a monster's HP, whCoile also reducing their maximum HP to weaken their healing. Can be a pain to farm, but there's a DC option.
- Fireflies
- Chance to give -20 Health resistance for 3 turns
- The Test; Rise of the DragonMage
- Comment: Niche use. Makes your own heals 20% better, but needs you to have a source to be good.
- Hacked Magi Drone
- Inflicts [15+(CHA/10)] Health resistance upon the target for 3 turns
- Azaveyran Challenges; Inn at the Edge of Time
- Comment: Does a ton of damage and keeps the +Health looped. One of the best pets in the game, but you'll have to beat Unraveler Ex in order to get it.
- Krampy
- Chance to heal 10% + (CHA/10) of max HP
- Forgotten Beasts challenges; Inn at the Edge of Time
- Comment: Doesn't heal nearly as often as you would want. This is just to tide you over until you get Bonehead.
- Mewphant
- Stuns for 1 turn on 6th round and then every 20th round afterwards
- Into the Box; Amityvale
- Comment: Does high damage and stuns. Powerful, and fast!
- Necsnowmancer
- Chance to heal 5% of max HP
- Frostval Presents Chapter 11
- Comment: Heals a little more frequently than Krampy, but also only half as effective. This is just to tide you over until you get Bonehead.
- Palachilly
- Chance to heal 5% of max HP

- Gives +15 Health resist for 3 turns if you are under 50% HP
- Starcrossed; SulenEska
- Comment: The -15 All doesn't take effect until the next turn. Also can make turn order buggy, but that's a feature™.
