  1. Nergal Keshan was born into a family in the lower nobility. Without drive, ambition, or a marked need for either, he drifted from one interest to another before finally reluctantly settling in the priesthood of Pelor. Often looked down upon by his peers for his (fruitless) gambling and general lack of devotion towards the cloth, he is usually the first to be assigned menial tasks outside (and inside) of the temple, which he takes his time completing. More often than not finding himself with free time, he is known to seek approval and praise from people who don't know him well enough to judge him (complete strangers). This is normally done by treating their wounds, and maybe saying a word or two about Pelor in passing.
