 We can give you three facilities? The other two we have belong to SS-N already.

As well as you (and any other MC), we want a full sector) So we won't go for random facilities that get eventually lost and captured every day in different districts, with 10-25 victories needed it's easy for us to capture them without any trade and need to move, so... if you want me to get interested, try HARDER ;)

Well, historically we have two full sectors (8 facilities) in Shining, and we were first who captured some of them (during the Gnome War), so our rights on this land is more reasoned than any other MC in the game ;)

But, in time passed we were involved in several global conflicts resulting in loss of money (and fighters consequently, and facilities likewise), but - that doesn't mean that we dropped hope to gather 1 or 2 sectors again.
Why Shining:
1. Historically our "homeland".
2. Close to Capital.
3. Our Warehouse is built in this District.
4. Normal facilities with not-top but steady income.
So - if to trade, you have to offer something equal to that.)

No, he was not speaking on behalf of the MC :)
 He was speaking on behalf of an aggressive faction of the clan. However, he is not the deputy, I am, so I override him. We do not want to fight. We fought the PVO and that is only because they attacked us. We will not fight unless there is a reason.

No one told us anything :)
 We captured two facilities in the district and so want to complete the district. We can offer you two facilities for one. Or help you capture other facilities. I do not know what you want :)
 So, please tell me so we can negotiate and come to an agreement. You know what we want, so your turn now :)
