- Lichborne (5% Intellect Bonus, creature type undead)
- Torpor (Special): Feigns death. Lasts up to 10 minutes.
- Tauren
- Plainsrunning (Passive): When active, increases your movement speed based on your character level. Damage taken will cancel the effect.
- Bull Rush (Special): Charge an enemy target, knocking back all nearby enemies at the destination. Cannot be used in combat or while shapeshifted.
- Troll
- Beast Slaying (5% Agility Bonus, 5% damage to beasts)
- Da Voodoo (Special): Perform a voodoo ritual, granting a target party member 20% increased damage for up to 10 seconds while channeling.
- Goblin
- Goblin's Greed (5% Intelligence Bonus, receives more gold when dividing gold in a group)
- Unstable Concoction (Passive): Takes no damage from self-damage items such as Goblin Sapper Charge, Dark Rune, etc.
- Merchant Fleet (Special): Can use both Alliance and Horde auction houses, and incurs no fee when using Goblin auction houses.
- Blood Elf
- Arcane Scholar (5% Intelligence Bonus, higher chance of increasing profession skills)
- Glory of the Sunwell (Special): Upon visiting the Sunwell, you gain 10% increased health and mana regeneration for 24 hours.
- Draenei
- Champion (5% Stamina Bonus, 5% damage bonus to demons)
- Servant of A'dal (Special): Once per day, you can call upon A'dal to empower you, filling your power bar to full.
- Fel Orc
- Orcish Frenzy (5% Strength Bonus, 1% healing from damage dealt)
- Fel Berserker (Passive): Your next attack is guaranteed to critically strike after dealing a killing blow.
- Blood Feast (Active): Target a deceased demon to consume its blood, healing you for 10% each second for 10 seconds. This effect removes hunger and thirst.
- Outlander (Special): While in The Outlands, gain 10% bonus to all stats.
- Naga
- Secrets of the Deep (5% Intellect Bonus, full health regen while underwater)
- Tideborne (Passive): Able to breathe and swim quickly underwater, but cannot ride mounts.
- Slithereen (Active): Able to slither quickly on land for a short duration
- Corrosive Haze (Special): Reduces the targets armor. While affected, the target cannot enter stealth or turn invisible. Does not stack with Faerie Fire.
- Broken
- Treacherous (5% Intellect Bonus, increases damage by 5% against neutral targets)
- Exile (Passive): While in contested zones, you receive a 5% damage bonus. While in an uncontested zone, you receive a 5% damage penalty. This bonus only applies while outside of instances.
- Foresight (Active): Causes the next attack or spell made against you to miss.
- Surge (Special): Increases movement speed of nearby allies by 50% for 10 seconds.
- Skeleton
- Reanimated (5% Spirit Bonus, creature type undead)
- Mindless Undead (Passive): After a fear, charm, or sleep effect ends on you, gain immunity to these effects for 10 seconds.
- Dance of the Dead (Active): Activate to perform the Dance of the Dead. While channeling, nearby enemies have a chance to be feared.
- Enthrallment (Special): Sacrifice your life essence to fully restore a friendly target.
- Vrykul
- Giant's Strength (5% Strength Bonus, creature type giant)
- Natural Resistance (Passive): You gain 10% resistance to poisons and diseases
- Battle Cry (Active): You unleash a mighty shout, decreasing the attack speed of nearby enemies
- Grim Ward (Special): Creates a frightening totem at the target corpse, causing nearby allies of the target to flee in fear.
- Tuskarr
- Heart of the Walrus (5% Spirit Bonus, creature type beast)
- Friendly Nature (Passive): Has friendly reputation with all non-hostile races
- Walrus Punch (Active): Punch the target with a mighty blow that knocks player enemies up in the air. This attack is guaranteed to critically strike, dealing damage equal to your Stamina.
- Frozen Sigil (Special): Summons a sigil of ice which follows you, slowing nearby enemies.
- Forest Troll
- Woodland Menace (5% Agility Bonus, 5% damage bonus against elves)
- Amani War Drum (Passive): 10% increased chance to resist Silence, Polymorph, and Pacify
- Hex of Malacrass (Active): Hexes a target, turning it into a Frog for up to 10 seconds. Any damage will break the effect.
- Amani Empire (Special): While in the Ghostlands and Eversong Woods, you gain 10% bonus to all stats.
- Taunka
- Herd Leader (+5% Stamina, creature type beast)
- Thunder of Yaungol (Active): While active, you trample nearby enemies while moving, dealing damage equal to 10% of your Stamina.
- Carved Horn of the Hunt (Special): Grants nearby allies protection against weather for 30 minutes.
- Scourge
- (no unique/custom abilities remain after removing generic/WoW racials and profession bonuses)
- Ice Troll
- Strength of the Drakkari (+5% Strength bonus, immune to cold weather)
- Drakkari Rites (Passive): Allows 50% of health regeneration to continue in combat while in cold weather.
- Heart of the Loa (Active): Empowers your Loa imbue, granting a temporary buff based on your current Loa.
- Altar of Gundrak (Special): Allows you to collect the blood of a sacrificed Loa each day, which grants a special buff for 24 hours.
- High Elf
- Elven Legends (5% Spirit per level, inscription scroll buffs last twice as long)
- Blessing of Zin-Malor (Passive): Your power cannot be drained.
- Hymn of Lore (Active): Channel to recite a Hymn of Lore, allowing full health and mana regeneration in combat to nearby allies for 10 seconds.
- Wandering Spirit (Special): Bind your hearthstone to your current location. This can only be used while outside of instances.
- Ogre
- Ogre Strength (5% Strength Bonus, unaffected by exhaustion)
- Dumb Luck (Passive): When casting a targeted spell or ability, you have a 1% chance to repeat the attack.
- Bash (Active): Bashes the target, stunning the target while knocking player targets back.
- (Bloodlust special removed as itβs a generic WoW-style effect.)
- Murloc
- Mrglrlrmlrm (5% Agility bonus, 5% damage bonus underwater)
- Mrmglllrmr (Passive): Able to swim and breathe quickly underwater, but cannot use mounts.
- Gmrlrmglr (Active): Let out a battle cry, summoning 4 additional Murlocs to aid you.
- Mrgl Mrglrrg (Special): Opening a Clam grants you 1% melee and spell crit chance for 15 minutes.
- Furbolg
- Spirit of the Timbermaw (5% Spirit Bonus, considered Beast)
- Furbolg Frenzy (Passive): Upon entering combat, you enter a frenzy. Increases movement speed by 30% for 5 seconds.
- Claws of Ursoc (Active): Swipe at all targets in front of you, applying a bleed effect for 10 seconds that deals damage equal to your Spirit.
- Timbermaw Trader (Special): Each day, you are able to obtain Timbermaw Potions which you can use or trade.
- Qiraji
- Might of the Qiraji (5% Spirit Bonus, summons insects upon dying)
- Shifting Sands (Passive): Your attacks are guaranteed to land during a Sandstorm.
- Twin Emperor (Active): Allows you to link your health with another Qiraji. Health is shared between the targets.
- Twin Teleport (Special): Instantly swap places with your target linked by Twin Emperor.
- Earthen
- Formed of Stone (+5% Strength bonus, considered Elemental)
- Tectonic (Passive): 10% chance to resist Roots, Slows, and Snares
- Runeshaper (Active): Create a rune affixed to the target location. When an enemy approaches it will explode, rooting them and draining their power.
- Return to Stone (Special): Petrify yourself until canceled. This removes all debuffs.
- Kul Tiran
- Fleet Crew (5% Stamina bonus, cannot be knocked back)
- Admiral's Rum (Passive): When your health falls below 50%, you take 20% less damage for 10 seconds. This effect cannot occur more than once every 2 minutes.
- Ship's Bell (Active): Provides a boost in speed to all nearby ships for 5 minutes
- Captain (Special): You obtain a free ship and a mastery of sailing.
- Eredar
- Infernal Evil (5% Intelligence bonus, considered demon)
- Twisting Nether (Passive): Upon death, your body is sent to the Twisting Nether to be restored. You automatically resurrect after 1 minute.
- Possession (Active): Mind control the target humanoid for up to 5 minutes.
- Soul Collector (Special): Can offer contracts to players for a part of their soul. Signing a contract grants the player 10% increase to all stats until they die; afterwards, they will permanently lose 1% to all stats.
- Arakkoa
- Skettis Exile (5% Spirit Bonus, considered beast)
- Dreamcatcher (Passive): 10% chance to resist fear, charm, and sleep
- Screech of Anzu (Active): Let forth a loud screech, reducing nearby enemies' chance to critically hit with spells and attacks by 100% for 10 seconds.
- Apexis Crystals (Special): Can commune with Apexis Crystals found throughout the world.
- Mechagnome
- Databank (+5% Intellect Bonus, considered mechanical)
- Optimization (Passive): Allows learning languages more quickly
- Workshop Beacon (Active): Teleports you to Mimiron's Workshop
- Self Destruct (Special): Allows you to self-destruct. After 10 seconds you explode, dealing damage equal to your combined stats to nearby enemies.
