Admin regulations: OiT knew most of this, I explained what they missed.
The quiz went very well in my opinon. OiT answered questions correctly.
Sadly they did fall for my trap in the last question.
Mistakes: OiT knew what to do when they make a mistake.
Role model: OiT has basicly explained how to be a role model.
Paperwork: Logging events was explained. I gave the OiT couple examples.
Promotions: Promotions system was explained to the OiT and how they can earn
a promotion.
Staff position requirement: The need to be staff in a division was explained.
OiT told me that they will apply for Instructor in OA.
Side notes: We did the session starting from Admin Regulations on discord.
Knows a lot already.
