  69. Kasunn.
  70.
  71. Rotting slowly down to its core, now called the Dawn Sepulcher. It is a place left to the devices of its ravenous yet delicate wilds, where beneath the deceptively colorful flora and the umbral lurkers that patrol it rests entombed the most well-preserved and grim remnants of a once-promising future for Ingenseria. It is here that the darkness congealed in metaphor and in reality—the Citadel, the Diamond in the Sky, hungrily swallows the minimal sunlight the world was once afforded, and its now impassioned and renewed legions trudge the planet which has been plunged into a chilling silence.
  72.
  73. The air is thin, and always cold, and for one like 66, would be a familiar place to them from their brief forays into Ingenseria. Yet it is almost hard to recognize, now; in the mere 5 years since the crisis took hold and the Null tore across the stars, the sprawling metropolises have been reclaimed in part by the wilds. Enshrined in vines, the confusing, winding forms of metal spires still stand, barely worn with time.
  74.
  75. There is something wholly new, though. It is that silence: a deathly halt, one the Lyxaris often spoke of but one yet surreal to experience firsthand. There was no commotion to the forest in which 66's ship had landed. No movement beyond small glowing insects, no animal calls, nary a breeze rustling the canopy of the towering, dark trunks at all sides. It was all replaced by a sense of intractable dread, of inexplicable revulsion. Animals hid away in holes, in dens, some on death's door as starvation had begun to set in. Even as desperation for food set in, nothing dared move, for that is how it has always been.
  76.
  77. You fill yourself. You hibernate. You wait until the Somnolent pass. But the Somnolent never passed.
  78.
  79. This was where 66 was left. After an inexplicable event that sent their vessel careening to the planet's surface mere moments after they'd portalled in over Kasunn, their tough little scout vessel had kept itself in working condition and them alive, although dumped in dangerous wilds just outside of the city limits of Euleisat, the once-capital of the Vigil in Ingenseria.
  80.
  81. At orders, they spent just under an hour tinkering with the communication systems to try and reconnect with the Overmind, to no success.
  82.
  83. Their only choice, at this stage, was to head into the city and scavenge for a functioning Sun Battery, or at least some other usable power source. The ship could adapt reasonably to most mobile power sources, and a Sun Battery would give them enough to
