On February 23, 2016 I discovered a fraudulent court transaction tracking document of an unfamiliar
Court case.

My home and vehicles are destroyed due to illegal installation and/or removal of electronic devices, wires, pipes, surveillance equipment. My bank via State Employee Credit Union account and credit has been targeted and destroyed; most of all my name is damaged. I had never paid a bill late nor had I had any problem with my electronically stored information prior to filing civil charges against the state of Maryland   The intruder is now disguising the crime as identity theft. I have reported crimes to law officials, the comptroller,

I have physically and/ or electronically informed law offices, news stations, National Association for Advancement of  Color People to report, however not limited to the crimes mentioned ; however I have been blacklisted.

This was the first time I was able to electronically send complaints  however even to this date my electronic and written complaints have gone unanswered.

I need help with obtaining a new email address, resources, and/or information so that I can have a right to life liberty and happiness. I am being denied the opportunity to work and/or gain access to the online business which was my only source of income. I have been without an income or internet being July 2015 and have been without an income since September 2016 My gas electric and water in being utilized by a third party; thus has cause my bills to increase by 30%. My life may be in danger. Please help I have called the police on 4 occassions ; to no avail they have failed to do their job and locked me into a mental institution void of a petition or reason. I do not have a history of mental illness however DPSCS plotted my termination 6 weeks before my eligible retirement date by stating I was disable; therefore I'm being discriminated against. I need emergency assistance. My phone number (new) 443 468 4996. The email address listed above is my sister's, due to my accounts being hacked. My attorney was disbarred and the assistant state's attorney Lisa Arnquist has taken advantage of me and committed fraud on court documents The governors office nor the Department of Commerce have assisted me with a path to recovery. I will reference web sites, Url addresses, diagnostic reports,  email addresses, and information I believe may be pertinent in my current phone. However I discovered my current iPhone is not a standard iPhone thus have a SIM card when removed applications are able to work. I also have more stored data than I have access too via an Apple WebKit. I cannot control my social media cites, web pages, contacts, etc. I do not have an option for a default account therefore all my information is stored in "on my iPhone account" which is not an option at all for me.

I fear for my life, livelihood and future due to the resources being utilized to harass me.
I would like an inspection of my old electronic devices,  home and vehicles. I would also like an investigation into my  Bank account court cases Eeoc cases and past allegations conducted. I am a poor black religious woman that was declared disabled by the State of Maryland who was;  and is currently being  discriminated against.
I was an upstanding, taxpayer, Deacon of Charity Church, care giver for my sister and terminally ill father, therapeutic foster parent through Catholic Charities, 20 year excellent worker in the Department of Public Safety and Correctional services. I have past and current employees who will testify about my ability and character while employees with the department. I provided evidence that a hit was placed on my life, waste, fraud, theft and forging of inmates signatures on withdrawal forms prior to the false referral.
