  3. I was able to achieve Master Ball rank with this team in game and I'm super excited about it because I worked with this team to make it good slowly but surely over the last month.
  4. Notes on using it: The main combo is Oranguru Trick Room + Slowking Chilly Reception turn 1, Slowking swaps into Glaceon, Blizzard + Instruct spam to win the game. If you get the first part off, there are very few true counters, but getting the first part off was probably about 25% of games. In order to really start winning with the team, you have to pay attention to your opponents team and make the team selection based on what they can bring.
  5. Strengths: Really good vs Iron Bundle, Flutter Mane, Gholdengo, Indeedee + Armarouge*, Great Tusk, and Dragonite.
  6. *Can require a read
  7. Problem Matchups/Mons:
  8. Amoongus - Hard to beat Spore with this team, Tera Roaring Moon + Acrobatics can stop it and Grass Tera Slowking can be good but generally requires a read
  9. Beat Up Maus + Annihilape - Major threat, if I see this on my opponents team I always lead Roaring Moon + Oranguru
  10. Dondozo + Tatsugiri - This can be rough especially if Dondozo is Steel tera. If it's a tera weak to Ice or stays water, Glaceon Freeze-Dry x2 from instruct is a 71% chance to KO from full HP and Glaceon live any hit in the snow. Steel can really mess you up though
  11. Torkoal + Lilligant - This one is just really hard, Lilligant is too fast and Torkoal is too slow so Trick Room or not, you're still screwed. Never found a great answer into this one, but I went 50/50 when fighting it.
  12. Arcanine - Not a huge problem but you need Mudsdale to reasonably KO it but Will-O-Wisp destroys 3/4 of your attackers
  13. Garganacl - Wide Guard blocks Glaceon from Blizzarding and its Def is so high that it's hard to KO on that front. If you can force something else to Tera, it's a bit easier because Mudsdale can hit it super-effectively, but if not, it can be painstaking to KO.
  14.
  15. Final Thoughts: This team often relies on 1 or 2 good reads in a match to win, but I think that's the case with any good team against another good team. I truly think this team has the coverage to win any game in both open team sheets or closed, Bo1 or Bo3. Good luck, have fun!
