[12:49] Kasstra nodded her head "For now at least. Junkhound forces will be even more prepared next week, making the attack a bit risky on our part. We just need to come up with a new plan, one that doesn't require as much circumstantial prepping, but still hit the hounds hard."

While we agreed first only to block C-sec and Order, before clarifying to be Order, C-sec and Egov if in uniform, to avoid this interrogation situation. but its still occuring" she explains

[13:05] Kasstra turned her head towards Zeela and shook their head "I know what you're talking about, Pirates aren't being blocked from the caves, never have. They just hate paying toll and get snippy because they're entitled. Corsairs hate us, of course they want you to be displeased with us. As for PDI Members, I have no idea what you're talking about... If they're being interrogated, it's probably because we suspect them being a hound or a pirate trying to evade paying the toll."
[13:07] Zeela blinks, "Toll? what toll?" she asks, "The contract should be simply to block C-sec, Order and Egov passing, and to ensure people don't fight there."

Even if the tolls stopped they'd still try to murder my people. But if you do not mind my opinion.... Corsairs and Junkhounds are just as entitled and greedy as those in the colony. You saw it for yourself.. Junkhounds and corsairs set up a massive toll outside of the colony gate and undercity. People of EarthGOV were unaffected, just people that live and travel between the wastelands, your people included as well as my own."
[13:22] Jewel Talikin: Sighed. "The toll isn't even that much..." she held her forehead.. "Look. I want this mess cleared up as much as you Zeela but I;m trying to be more active about it i;m not going to be the type of Alpha who sits back and jsut spins her wheels.. if change is going to happen there must be people there willing to "make" it happen yes?"
[13:26] Zeela shakes her head, "So? We are not police, not looking to police thoes that go into the wastes. And just because they set up tolls does not mean we should too. I've been consistent in my stance on the tunnel from when I was Alpha, People who live and operate in the wastes should be free to use it, as an alternative to the colony gates, due to the regular C-sec checkpoints they set up there. But at the same time because of the checkpoints, C-sec and other 'lawful' forces of the colony shouldn't be welcome to use it. Once you start charging wasteland groups to use it, or restricting such passage to our terms, you are as bad as C-sec." she explains, "I disagree with the tolls at the gates too, but its hypocritical at this stage to take issue with them if this contract has been doing the same" she then sighs, "Can patrol, show presence and keep the peace without oppressing people to do so, Alpha."

[13:32] Kasstra shook her head "It's admirable you believe people of the wastes should be free to use your caves, but the hounds and corsairs only wish to reap and dominate. The Junkhounds and Corsairs have become more nationalistic than EarthGOV themselves. To let them by unregulated through your territory is to submit to their power. I should know, this is how they tried to treat my company. Just by once tyrannical force is not in the colony does not make them less of a tyrant... At least when my operators are in the colony... I don't have to worry about one who had just become a mother be murdered in cold blood by someone lusting for murder... But.." she rubbed the back of her head "I apologize.. Maybe this isn't my place.. Just a habit of mine..."

If they try exerting their own will and strength in that manner, they can be stopped. And that is why we patrol too, make sure they are not stopping tribe or traders as they go through the wastes." she then hmms, "And been meaning to ask, I've heard reports of people from marshals spying on pirates or getting into fights in junk town, or trying to act as police in the wastes. Is any of this true? I dont support them attacking people in the wastes or charging anyone a toll" she then looks to Jewel, "Depends on your view of passive. I beat up a hound just a couple days ago for talking crap about us and would readily challenge any of them again. But oppressing people and acting as bad as the hounds or c-sec is not the best approach to show 'strength'."

Please bear in mind that Warchief Jor of the Junkhounds has been trying to spread false propaganda against us, which is why despite us never doing anything agianst them, my own are being attacked and murdered outside of our base... Having the Junkhounds and Corsairs pay to use your territory is a reminder their passage is a privileged for what they have done to you in the past. Fight them like warriors, they will respond like warriors and fight back. What we need is an assault, we fight as soldiers and treat them like targets. Once we're done, they remember the full raw potential of our strength and begin to think twice next time they try to attack you. We should be free in the wastelands, but the Junkhounds want more power, we need to remind them not only that others live out here as well, but what happens when you anger us. Once they have been taught their lesson, then we can discuss peace. I have tried constantly to find peace with Hounds... But they continue to push us away... But Jewel? Speaking leader to leader... Communications is important.... Even if it's just something little, it needs to be communicated because it saves you from moments like this. I understand what you are going through, and why you are acting. But the voices of your

We want to continue to prevent Order, C-sec and Egov using the gate to get in the wastes, the colony walls are their prison not to keep us out. And don't interrogate or toll anyone going past. We should also step up patrols in the wastes to stop hound and pirate attacks on people. I'd also suggest if we come across hounds on these patrols we tell them, put their money where their mouth is and fight to show who's strongest, or admit they are all bark and back off." she suggests before she looks to Kass, "I do not feel attacking at this stage is a good move, a single incident like that would become a rallying cry or a ember that could spark up at a later date."

Order and EarthGOV rarely come out into the wastes, they are unaffected. The only people that are effected is the free man, wastelands that travel between the colony and wasteland. Your own people that were in the colony and leave to the wastes, my own people that tried to get into the colony for work back into the wastes to return home. The Hounds and Corsairs aren't doing this as some sort of divine justice against EarthGOV or Order... They're wanting to dominate and profit off of our people... With or without you, I'm going to attack the hounds.. I'm sorry, they're constantly attacking and murdering my people...Just little skrimishes would not bring them justice... They already made their rallying cry, they delcared war.... For now... I'll inform my men about COL-SEC and Order."
