Go to your Mount and Blade folder and look for menus.txt.

Search for "Drive_the_cattle_onward" in the txt file.

Should come out something like this:

Drive_the_cattle_onward. 4 501 3 144115188075856118 7 1 1640 2 144115188075856118 [b]11[/b] 1641 2 144115188075856118 648518346341351424 2040 0 .


Change that value I bold to [b]10[/b]. They should follow you now instead of run the opposite direction.
