The server is finally back!

Changelog:

Added: You can now put a Sanchez in the back of a Sadler.

Added: Fishing system.

Added: Planting system.
[you can make a Cannabis Plant in the Craft now.]

Added: Water Barrel.
[a barrel that can be used to collect water]

Added: Bulding Tool.
[if you got this item while removing objects, some of the items used to build it will return to your inventory]

Added: Dinghy (vehicle, boat).
Added: Cannabis Seed and Cannabis Medicinal.
Added: Amount of Wood/Stone is now displayed above HUD.

Edited: C4 can only destroy Doors/Gates if it's maden of Metal or Concrete.
[the C4 still can destroy all Wooden objects]

Edited: Login window.
Edited: Amount of C4 needed to destroy all objects has been increased.
Edited: Some HUD elements has been edited.
Edited: Craft window has been edited.
Edited: A day is now 24 minutes.
Edited: Wheather changes everyday that passes in the game.
Edited: Draw distance is now GTA:SA default.
Edited: The time that the server takes to release the password during the Respawn Point of Items has been reduced.

Solved: Some players had the same serial and were using the same account in the same time.
