This is an AT-WILL Employment Agreement between Daniel Membrides and Xanterra Travel Collection (the “Company”).  The Employee hereby accepts the position of IT Technician II, The Oasis at Death Valley, Year Round  at The Oasis at Death Valley, to work those hours and days the Company deems necessary to complete the assigned workload starting 1/9/2019 .  Check-in at The Oasis at Death Valley Human Resources should be on Monday and must be no later than Tuesday.  Arrival must be between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM; no arrivals after hours or on weekends.  The Company agrees to pay the Employee $25.75 per hour for this position. The Company also agrees to provide single status housing at $10.00 per bi-weekly pay period.  The Company reserves the right to change this amount at any time in the Company’s sole discretion.  No RVs manufactured prior to 2003 are allowed on property.  Mandatory orientation will be held on Wednesdays at 9 AM at The Oasis at Death Valley Training Room.
