This is a Public Server where users of the mod can come & chat with Devs, each other, post Bug Reports, Questions, Animation Suggestions, help each other troubleshoot issues, or share experiences with MF. This is an English-only speaking Server, so please use English, no matter how broken it may be. We'll try to understand broken English to the best of our ability.

--------------------Server Rules---------------------
Before posting in the server, please read & respect the rules. All rules are subject to change at any given time w/o warning. The majority of these rules are common sense. While we understand that common sense ain't that common, we expect you to read & follow them. We reserve the right to remove access to parts of the server, or completely remove anyone from the server if we see fit to do so. We are tolerant of nonsense up to a point, but there are limits to our tolerance. Don't test them. Trolls will be dealt with accordingly.

1: Moderation
•1.1 - First & foremost, please DO NOT @ ping anyone in the @Administrators, @Devs, @Moderators, @Probational Moderators or the @VIP Ranks. There is next to no excuse you can give. @ pings make for very annoying & distracting notifications that some of us don't need.
••1.1.1 - The only exception for this Rule is if you see users posting content which breaks the following rules: 2.2, 2.3, 2.7 or 3.1 . These are the only circumstances that, under which, will enable you to ping @All Staff.
•1.2 - Do not send Friend Requests/PMs to Staff to bypass assigning yourself a Platform Rank or to ask questions about the mod. Doing so may potentially get you: Kicked, have your PMs ignored, or receive an attitude & warning.
•1.3 - Do not assume the role of any Staff Member. Examples of such ↓
••1.3.1 - Telling users to delete/edit messages.
••1.3.2 - Telling users to change avatars/usernames/"playing" statuses.
••1.3.3 - Telling users what not to post.
••1.3.4 - Telling users to read the FAQ or Rules.
••1.3.5 - If a user is confused on what channel some post/content goes in, you may help direct them to the correct channel.
••1.3.6 - If a user is posting in an incorrect channel, do not tell them where to post their content. Let the Staff handle it. There are some nuances in specific circumstances.
•1.4 - Do not ask to become Staff. Asking to become Staff only further decreases your chances of ever becoming Staff.
•1.5 - Do not ask for permission to edit, add or remove: Channels, Categories or Ranks.
•1.6 - Staff have discretion in the moderation actions they choose to take. There is no set order of actions that must be taken.
•1.7 - Staff has final say. If Staff says to end something, that's it. END. OF. DISCUSSION. Attempting to continue something after Staff ends it may result in moderation actions at Staff Discretion. Do not argue w/ Staff.

2: Posting/Content(edited)
•2.1 - Zero Tolerance for use of Nazi-related content, imagery, symbolism, usernames, avatars or "Playing" statuses. You may only use Nazi content in historical context. Please PM a Staff Member before posting anything Nazi-related. Breaking this Rule is an INSTANT BAN w/ zero warning.
••2.1.1 - If you join with a Nazi-related avatar/username/playing status, you will have up until you assign yourself a platform rank to change it. If you assign yourself w/o changing it, you will be instantly banned. This is your only warning.
•2.2 - No pornographic/sexual/explicit content, imagery, references, usernames, avatars or "Playing" statuses. Any such content will be deleted/asked to be changed w/ exceptions ↓
••2.2.1 - Music w/ minor innuendos are fine.
••2.2.2 - Posts w/ minor innuendos are fine.
••2.2.3 - Avatars NOT showing any genitalia/explicit content/gestures are fine.
••2.2.4 - No explicit playing statuses.
•2.3 - Potentially graphic content, such as war/military/police footage, belongs in the #⚠wartapes⚠  channel only w/ exceptions ↓
••2.3.1 -No terroristic threats.
••2.3.2 - No mutilation videos.
••2.3.3 - No torture videos.
••2.3.4 - No innocents suffering.
••2.3.5 - Minor work-related incidents are okay.
••2.3.6 - Nothing w/ minors.(edited)
•2.4 - Do not spam in any text/voice channels or PMs. Examples of such ↓
••2.4.1 - Emotes & Reactions up to 10 per user are allowed.
••2.4.2 - Multiple small/short messages. Shift+Enter/Return on PC & Enter/Return on Mobile exists for a reason.
••2.4.3 - Random jumbles of characters/numbers, aka, keyboard smashing.
••2.4.4 - Posting the same image/message in multiple channels.
••2.4.5 - Posting in active channels/conversations, attempting to draw attention to another channel.
••2.4.6 - Posting in active channels/conversations simply to get your post noticed. If it does not fit the active convo, post it where it belongs. It will be seen eventually.
•2.5 - Keep voice/text channels relevant to the designated topic/title/current conversation.
••2.5.1 - Having a mic is not required to join voice channels. You may listen in, but please do not post in a text channel to join the conversation.
••2.5.2 - Channel names are self-explanatory. Read channel names before posting. If you're still confused, check the channel topic.
•2.6 - No advertising w/ exceptions ↓
••2.6.1 - Staff & VIP are fully exempt from this rule.
••2.6.2 - Posting invites to another Discord Server if requested.
••2.6.3 - Posting links to personal sites/accounts/profiles if requested.
••2.6.4 - Please PM a Staff Member prior to posting links to personal sites/accounts/profiles/Discord Servers for permission.(edited)
•2.7 - Do not post or link to; pirated/sketchy content & websites. Examples of such ↓
••2.7.1 - Discussing or linking to unofficial game key reseller sites such as G2A, CDKeys, etc is NOT allowed.
••2.7.2 - Linking to sites such as; LoversLab, GunNetwork, other generic file hosting sites, etc is NOT allowed.
••2.7.3 - Discussing/sharing images of mods containing pirated content is okay, but do not post/link to the pirated content.
••2.7.4 - PM it to whoever you please, but keep it out of our server.
••2.7.5 - Essentially, if it is not on The Nexus or Bethesda.net, do not link it.
•2.8 - Periodically check the #frequently-asked-questions channel & the pinned messages of the #bug-reports, #suggestions & #questions channels before making a post! Pins & FAQs get updated often.
•2.9 - If you're not sure about whether you can post something or not, simply don't post it. If you need to question it, it's likely disallowed.

3: Behavior
•3.1 - Zero Tolerance for Racism, Sexism & Xenophobia.(edited)
••3.1.1 - Censoring/Altering/Using any variation of racial slurs does not make it okay & is treated as if it were the actual slur.
••3.1.2 - Users found violating this rule will be immediately banned w/o warning.
••3.1.3 - The only exception is if the slurs are not being used maliciously and/or excessively towards others in videos or music.
•3.2 - Do not 'Dine & Dash'. Aka, do not join this server to ask a question or get help & then leave afterward. Doing so results in an immediate ban. It's both disrespectful & rude. If you have no intention of sticking around, then go to our BethNet FAQ Thread & ask for help there instead.(edited)
•3.3 - If for whatever reason, you feel the need to provide personal details about your life, we expect them to be true. Depending upon what you say, we may or may not contact you for verification. Examples of what may result in needing verification ↓
••3.3.1 - Saying you're an active/reserve/retired law enforcement officer.
••3.3.2 - Saying you're an active/reserve/retired serviceman/woman.
••3.3.3 - Saying you're an active/volunteer/retired paramedic.
••3.3.4 - Saying you're an active/volunteer/retired firefighter.
••3.3.5 - Information for verification will be requested via PM by Server Staff. The information you provide to us will remain private & will only be shared privately in Staff-only channels for multiple verifications of the information.
••3.3.6 - Refusal or failure to provide information for verification w/in a specified time-period will result in an immediate ban.
•3.4 - Treat everyone in the server with respect.
••3.4.1 - Playful/friendly banter between users is fine.
••3.4.2 - Everyone has differing opinions. No one person's opinion is right or wrong. Respect each other's right to an opinion.
••3.4.3 - If you have an issue w/ how a user is behaving or treating you, please PM a Staff Member. Do not make a public scene of it.

4: Bot Usage(edited)
•4.1 - Please keep all usage of Codsworth in the #bot channel.
••4.1.1 - If Codsworth is found being used outside of the #bot channel, the offending user will receive a warning.
••4.1.2 - Continued use of Codsworth outside of the #bot channel may result in Mutes, Detainment & eventually losing access to the #bot channel entirely.
••4.1.3 - Custom commands from other Discord Servers where you have seen Blargbot(Codsworth), do not work in our Server.
••4.1.4 - Custom commands from other Discord Servers where you have seen Blargbot(Codsworth), that share an exact name w/ our custom commands, do not function the same way as they do in other Servers. E.g, /read in one Discord Server will not function the same in our Server and vice-versa.
••4.1.5 - Use /pc, /xbox or /ps4 in Rank-Assignment for the platform you play FO4/MF on.
••4.1.6 - Do not include any additional text in the platform command. It will be ignored.(edited)
••4.1.7 - Please only assign your actual platform as assigning yourself the incorrect platform causes issues further on down the road.
••4.1.8 - Certain general commands are locked behind Staff Ranks for a reason. Attempting to use some general commands that you see Staff using, may result in an "error" message for you. Type /help in #bot to see what general commands you have access to.
••4.1.9 - Certain custom commands are locked behind Staff Ranks for a reason. Attempting to use some custom commands that you see Staff using, may result in an "error" message for you. Type /help in #bot to see what custom commands you have access to.
••4.1.10 - Edited commands do not work. If you fail a command, fix the typo in a new message.
••4.1.11 - Do not spam image commands.

Failure to adhere to the above Rules will result in moderation actions at Staff Discretion.

All-in-all, just simply be a mature adult. That's all we ask of our users. Acting like a child will get you treated as one. Be mature, be respectful & you'll get along fine here.

And lastly, to any trolls, if you've even made it this far: You're only a minor inconvenience to our day, so kindly go bother someone else more worthwhile of your efforts.
