- If Family is rescued - New Bond: "Someone waiting for me at home" Whenever you make a saving throw, you can roll a d4 and add that to the saving throw if applying this bonus to a death saving throw increases the total to 20 or higher, you gain the benefits of of rolling a 20 on the d20. Once you have used this ability you cannot use it again until the next dawn.
- A bunch of superior healing potions?
- potion of Agony - Armor of Agathys level 3 without concentration
- Potion of Heroism?
- Probably more gold since this noble probably isn't gonna have a lot of magic items
