By requesting a Service that would require that you (or your designee or guest) be picked up from a specific location, you allow us to collect your (or your designee or guest’s) precise geographic location and to retain such information until the journey is completed. If you permit the CloudTaxi App to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system or browser, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the CloudTaxi App is running in the foreground or background.\nContacts Information: If you permit the CloudTaxi App to access the address book on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, we may access and store names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our Services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection.\nTransaction Information: We collect transaction details related to the use of our Services, including the type of service requested by a specific User, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled and other related transaction details. This information will also be provided back to you in the form of a receipt.\nUsage and Preference Information: We collect information about how Users interact with our Services, preferences expressed and settings chosen. In some cases, we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.\nDevice Information: We collect information about a User’s mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information and mobile network information.\nCall and text message Data: Our Services facilitate communications between Users and Operators. In connection with facilitating this service, we receive call data, including the date and time of the call or text message, the parties’ phone numbers and the content of the text message.\nLog Information: When a User interacts with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.\nTravel Companion Information. When you use the Service to request transportation for someone else, we will request detailed personal information and special requirements for each such individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their personal information and travel preferences, as any access to view or change their information will be available only through your account.\n\n\nC. Platform Permissions\nIf you are accessing our Services via an installed mobile app, most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the CloudTaxi App wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the CloudTaxi App seeks before you first use the app and your use of the app constitutes your consent. Sometimes these permissions require more explanation than the platforms themselves provide and the permissions we request will change over time, so we’ve created these pages to serve as authoritative and up-to-date resources for our Users. If you are accessing our Services via a web browser, you will not be shown these access screens or permissions.\n\n\nD. Information From Other Sources\nWe may also receive information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services.\nFor example:\n• If you choose to link, create, or log in to your CloudTaxi account with a payment provider (e.g., pagar.me) or social media service (e.g., Facebook), or if you engage with a separate app or website that uses our API (or whose API we use), we may receive information about you or your connections from that site or app.\n• If you also interact with our Services in another capacity, for instance as an Operator or User of other apps we provide, we may combine or associate that information with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a User or rider.\n\n\nII. Use of Information\n\nA. General\nWe may use the information we collect about Users, Operators and travel companions to:\n• Provide, maintain and improve our Services, including, for example, schedule a journey, to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide products and services you request (and send related information), develop new features, provide customer support to Users and Operators, develop safety features, authenticate Users and send product updates and administrative messages;\n• Perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services, to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems, to conduct data analysis, testing and research and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;\n• Send or facilitate communications (i) between a User and an Operator, such as estimated times of arrival (ETAs) or (ii) between a User and a User’s contact at the User’s direction in connection with a User’s use of certain features, such as referrals, invites, split fare requests, or ETA sharing;\n• Send Users and operations communications we think will be of interest to them, including information about products, services, promotions, news and events of CloudTaxi and other companies, where permissible and according to local applicable laws; and to process contest, sweepstake, or other promotion entries and fulfill any related awards; and\n• Personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend features, content, social connections, referrals and advertisements;\n\n\nB. Financial Information\nWe do not store Users or Operators’ financial information, nor does it pass through our servers. We rely on a third-party, PCI compliant vendor for this purpose, pagar.me. We will never share financial information (credit cards) or government ID information (Passport) except as required by applicable law.\n\n\nC. Sharing of Information\nWe may share the information we collect about Users, Operators and travel companions, including with our Operators, vendors and partners. Such sharing may include, but is not limited to:\n• With Operators to enable them to provide the Services that a User request. For example, we share a User’s and travel companion’s name, photo (if you provide one) and pickup and/or drop-off locations with Operators;\n• With other riders if a User uses a ride-sharing service; and with other people, as directed by the User, such as when a User wants to share his/her estimated time of arrival or split a fare with a friend;\n• With third parties to provide a User or operator with a service that he/she requested through a partnership or promotional offering made by a third party or us;\n• With the public if a User or operator submits content in a public forum, such as blog comments, social media posts, or other features of our Services that are viewable by the public;\n• With third parties including apps or websites that integrate with our API or Services, or those with an API or Service with which we integrate;\n• With our subsidiaries and affiliated entities that provide services or conduct data processing on our behalf, or for data centralization and / or logistics purposes;\n• With vendors, consultants, marketing partners and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;\n• In response to a request for information issued by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process;\n• With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe a User’s, operator’s, or travel companion’s actions are inconsistent with our User agreements, Terms of Service, or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CloudTaxi or others;\n• In connection with, during negotiations of, or as part of the implementation of any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company;\n• If we otherwise notify you and you consent to the sharing; and\n• In an aggregated and/or anonymized form which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.\n\n\nD. Third Party Websites and Social Media\nThe Services may contain links (for example, to view an article) or social networking buttons (for example, Facebook or Twitter) that link to other websites or services that are not owned, operated or controlled by Company.   682.    <string name="about_terms_of_service_text_content" formatted="false">Effective Date: March 1, 2017\n\nThese Terms of Use of CLOUDTAXÍ AÉREO GERENCIAMENTO DE VOOS LTDA – EPP ("CloudTaxi") govern your (the "User") access to and use of the mobile applications, websites and other services (collectively, the "Services") developed by CloudTaxi to implement a vertical urban mobility network of helipad, heliport and airtaxi operators (collectively, "Operators").\nPLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS CONDITIONED TO YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, WHICH ESTABLISHES A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND CLOUDTAXI.\nIf you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements or arrangements between you and CloudTaxi. CloudTaxi may immediately terminate these Terms or any contractual relationship established with you, and suspend or deny you access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, and for any reason.\nPursuant to the Terms, you accept CloudTaxi as your commission agent for the contracting, in its own name, but aiming to preserve your interests, the "Transportation Services", encompassing (i) air transportation services, to be provided by the Operators and (where applicable) (ii) ground transportation services to be provided by ground transportation companies duly licensed (collectively, "Transport Providers").\nAll Transportation Services are provided by duly licensed Transport Providers whose name shall be clearly appointed to you by the time of your booking.\n\n\nI. The Services\nThe Services include a technology platform that enables Users to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with Transport Providers via mobile app (the "Technology Platform"). Unless otherwise agreed between CloudTaxi and you in a separate written agreement, the Technology Platform is made available solely for your personal, noncommercial use.\nCLOUDTAXI DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A GROUND TRANSPORT OR AIRTAXI OPERATOR. The relationship between CloudTaxi and the Transport Providers is only that of independent contractors. Neither CloudTaxi nor any Transport Provider is an agent, representative, associate, employer, or employee of the other party, and no party has any right or authority to assume or create any obligations or to make any representations or warranties on behalf of any other party, whether express or implied, or to bind the other party in any respect whatsoever.\nThe Services (including the Technology Platform) and all right, title and interest therein, including all patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and all other intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain CloudTaxi\'s property or the property of CloudTaxi\'s licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services convey or grant to you any rights: (i) in or related to the Services except for the limited license granted below; or (ii) to use or reference in any manner CloudTaxi’s company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or services marks or those of CloudTaxi’s licensors.\n\n\nII. Use of The Services\n\nA. Restrictions\nYou may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by CloudTaxi; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any portion of the Platform except as may be permitted by applicable law; (iv) link to, mirror or frame any portion of the Technology Platform; (v) cause or launch any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Services or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services; or (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Technology Platform or its related systems or networks.\n\n\nB. Licenses and Consents\nSubject to your compliance with these Terms, CloudTaxi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Technology Platform on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by CloudTaxi and CloudTaxi’s licensors.\n\n\nC. User Accounts\nIn order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if greater than 18), to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to CloudTaxi certain personal information, under the terms of our Privacy Policy, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, Individual Taxpayer Registration Number – CPF, weight, passport number (or similar government ID number), and your birth year and month, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or other accepted means of payment). You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. If you fail to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, such as if the payment method on file becomes invalid or the expiration date has passed, you may be unable to access and use the Services and CloudTaxi may terminate the contractual relationship established with you. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Account. You must maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. Unless otherwise permitted by CloudTaxi in writing, you may only possess one Account.\n\n\nD. User Conduct\nThe Services are not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, and you may not allow persons under the age of 18 to use the Services. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and the Transportation Services, using them only for lawful purposes (e.g., no transport of unlawful, dangerous, or hazardous materials), and not causing nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Transport Providers or any other party. You will be required to follow all safety protocol and instructions provided by the aircraft commander and crew when using the Transportation Services.\n\n\nE. Physical Security\nCloudTaxi and/or the Transport Providers may engage independent, third party security personnel ("Security Partners") to help ensure your safety and security.\nYou may be subject to "airport style" security measures when using the Transportation Services. These measures may include being subject to a metal detector, baggage manual inspection, and other similar security measures. You may not bring dangerous items on your journey, such as firearms, knives, explosives, radioactive material, among others. You may also be subject to screening against various databases (i.e.: no-fly lists, criminal watch lists, etc.).\nEach of CloudTaxi, the Security Partners and the Transport Providers, and any other third parties providing aspects of the Services, are entitled to refuse to offer you any Services, in whole or in part, for any reason, and will immediately contact appropriate authorities should you refuse.\nIn certain instances, you may be asked to provide proof of identity – to be done upon the presentation of a Photo ID matching exactly what was provided in your user account – to access or use the Services, and you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide such document.\nDuring your journey, you may be separated from your baggage and belongings at the discretion of our Transport Providers. Items that may be "fragile" should not be brought on the Service, and, in accepting these Terms, you agree that neither CloudTaxi nor any Transport Provider assumes (and strictly waives) any responsibility for your baggage and belongings.\nThe admissibility of animals during the use of the Transport Services lies at the sole discretion of the Transport providers.\n\n\nF. Privacy\nOur practices with respect to the collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services are provided in CloudTaxi\'s Privacy Policy, located at www.cloudtaxi.com.br, which is made a part of, and is included in these Terms.\nTo the extent that you provide any personal information to Transport Providers or other third parties, such information will be subject to the separate policies of such organizations and you agree that CloudTaxi shall have no obligation or liability with respect to such entities collection or use of such information.\n\n\nG. Text Messaging\nBy creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you informational text messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services.\n\n\nH. Network Access and Devices\nYou are responsible for obtaining and paying for the data network access necessary for you to access the Services. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and the Technology Platform, as well as any updates thereto. CloudTaxi does not guarantee that the Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.\n\n\nI. Fees\nYou understand that the use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive from the Transport Providers ("Charges"). After you have accepted the final flight offer from the Transport Provider, you will pay directly to the applicable Transport Provider that in its turn shall forward the corresponding amount to CloudTaxi. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes if applicable by law. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by CloudTaxi using the preferred payment method designated in your Account. The commission shall already be included in the receipt. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, CloudTaxi may use a secondary payment method in your Account, if available.\nCharges paid by you are only partially refundable if you comply with the following cancellation conditions:\n1. You receive a refund of 70% if you cancel your flight not later than 12 hours prior to the time of your boarding.\n2. You receive a refund of 50% if you cancel your flight between 12 hours and not later than 1 hour prior to the time of your boarding.\n3. You receive no refund if you cancel your flight later than 1 hour prior to the time of your boarding.The cancellation is only valid, if the Transport Provider takes note of the cancellation before reaching the deadlines listed above. It lies in your responsibility that the Transport Provider takes note of your cancellation before reaching the deadlines listed above. Cancellations in writing are valid, when they arrive before reaching the deadlines listed above at the electronic or physical inbox of the Transport Provider. Charges will be refunded to you by the Transport Provider completely or partially according to the cancellation conditions.\nYou understand that additional Charges may apply to you. Additional Charges may apply to you, if for example the flight has to be prolonged due to bad weather conditions or high traffic volume or if you consume additional services or damage the infrastructure. Additional Charges are billed directly with the Transport Provider. You understand that by accepting the final flight offer from a Transport Provider, you accept the terms and policies of the Transport Provider including the terms for additional charges.\nAs between you and CloudTaxi, CloudTaxi reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in CloudTaxi\'s sole discretion. CloudTaxi will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your Account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or their amount.\nCloudTaxi may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts, that may result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services or goods obtained through the use of the Services. Such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you.\nUpon setting up an Account with CloudTaxi, you join automatically the loyalty program of CloudTaxi. The loyalty program of CloudTaxi allows you to collect points. The more flights you book with CloudTaxi, the more points you may collect. After having collected enough points, you may use them as a discount for your next flight. You understand that the loyalty points are but a unit of measurement and do not represent a currency with an intrinsic value, such as a monetary value. The loyalty points are not associated with any rights, such as the right to collect, the right for a discount or the right to trade. It lies at the sole discretion of CloudTaxi to transform your points into a discount and to decide how many points are granted for a booked flight or any other event. CloudTaxi also decides what amount of points is necessary to qualify for a discount. As between you and CloudTaxi, CloudTaxi reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise the provisions about the loyalty program at any time in CloudTaxi\'s sole discretion. CloudTaxi will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the actual provisions that apply.\nYou may elect to cancel your request for Services at any time prior to the final confirmation of your journey.All purchases made through a payment card (e.g. credit card, debit card, cash value card, gift card) are processed by a third party. We are not responsible for any error or other incident caused by or attributed to this payment card processor.\n\n\nJ. Repair or Cleaning Fees\nYou will be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, equipment and property resulting from use of the Services under your Account in excess of normal "wear and tear" damages and necessary cleaning ("Repair or Cleaning"). NEVERTHELESS, CLOUDTAXI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRACTICES, LICENSES AND POLICIES OF TRANSPORT PROVIDERS AND USERS AGREE THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DECISION TO TAKE A JOURNEY WITH ANY TRANSPORT PROVIDERS LOCATED ON THE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM.\n\n\nB. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY\nCLOUDTAXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, CONNECTED WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF CLOUDTAXI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.\nCLOUDTAXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF: (I) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR (II) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OPERATOR AND PARTNER, EVEN IF CLOUDTAXI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CLOUDTAXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND CLOUDTAXI\'S REASONABLE CONTROL.\nIN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUDTAXI’S HAVE TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED REAIS (R$500.00).\nTHE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER IN THIS SECTION 5 DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, CHANGED OR MITIGATED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.\n\n\nC. INDEMNITY\nYou agree to indemnify and hold CloudTaxi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liability relating to claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys\' fees), arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Services, Transportation Services or from goods or obtained through your use of the Services; (ii) your breach or violation of any of these Terms; and (iii) your violation of the rights of any third party, including Transport Providers.\n\n\nD. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration\nAny dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Services (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration between you and CloudTaxi, without prejudice to the parties\' right to seek in court any interim or interlocutory relief in aid of arbitration and/or to protect its rights before the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, including the remedies against threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party\'s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you and CloudTaxi are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Further, unless both you and CloudTaxi otherwise agree in writing, the Arbitral Tribunal may not consolidate more than one person\'s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of any class or representative proceeding. If this specific paragraph is held unenforceable, then the entirety of this "Dispute Resolution" section will be deemed void. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, this "Dispute Resolution" section will survive any termination of these Terms.\n\nArbitration Rules and Governing Law\nThe arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules (the "AAA Rules") then in effect, except as modified by this "Dispute Resolution" Section. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org/arb_med or by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Section.\n\nArbitration Process\nA party who desires to initiate arbitration must provide the other party with a written Demand for Arbitration as specified in the AAA Rules. Any and all controversies related to the nomination of the arbitrator shall be settled by the AAA.\n\nArbitration Location and Procedure\nUnless you and CloudTaxi otherwise agree, the arbitration will be conducted in English in the country where you reside, where the arbitral award shall be deemed rendered. If your claim does not exceed US$10,000.00 then the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents you and CloudTaxi submit to the arbitrator, unless you request a hearing or the arbitrator determines that a hearing is necessary. If your claim exceeds US$10,000.00 your right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA Rules. Subject to the AAA Rules, the arbitrator will have the discretion to direct a reasonable exchange of information by the parties, consistent with the expedited nature of the arbitration.\n\nArbitrator\'s Decision\nThe arbitrator will render an award within the time frame specified in the AAA Rules. The arbitrator\'s decision will include the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator based the award. The arbitrator shall decide the merits of the Dispute in accordance to the applicable law and shall not act as amiable compositeurs or decide the merits of the Dispute ex aequo et bono. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator\'s award damages must be consistent with the terms of the "Limitation of Liability" section above as to the types and the amounts of damages for which a party may be held liable. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the claimant and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the claimant\'s individual claim. If you prevail in arbitration you will be entitled to an award of attorneys\' fees and expenses, to the extent provided under applicable law. CloudTaxi will not seek, and hereby waives all rights CloudTaxi may have under applicable law to recover, attorneys\' fees and expenses if CloudTaxi prevail in arbitration.\n\n\nIV. Other Provisions\n\nA. Choice of Law\nThese Terms, with the exception of Section 6 (Dispute Resolution), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles, except as may be otherwise provided in supplemental terms applicable to your region.\n\n\nB. Notices\nCloudTaxi may give notice by means of a general notice on the Services, electronic mail to your email address in your Account, or by written communication sent by first class mail or pre-paid post to your address in your Account. Assignment\nYou may not assign these Terms without CloudTaxi\'s prior written approval. CloudTaxi may assign these Terms without your consent to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of CloudTaxi\'s equity, business or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger. Any purported assignment in violation of this section shall be void. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, CloudTaxi or any Operator or Partner arising from the contractual relationship established between you and CloudTaxi, your consent to this Terms or your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. CloudTaxi\'s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by CloudTaxi in writing.\n\n\nD. Amendments\nCloudTaxi may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
