21. [*]Classification: Vine[/*]
22. [*]Average Growth Cycle: Glowvine will grow indefinitely as long as allowed, and will persist until it runs out of the necessary nutrients to sustain itself. Originally appearing as a small translucent blue seed, it will quickly sprout a glowing blue vine which releases floating seed pods, seen above. These seed pods naturally find a place to land and begin anew, however, can be and often are manipulated to act as temporary floating lights.[/*]
23. [*]Viability: Glowvine is a relatively easy plant to grow, and will naturally cover and surface it is provided. So long as it is provided with the required water and nutrient-rich soil it will continue to grow indefinitely. Glowvine will persist until it runs out of the resources to sustain itself, at which point it rapidly wilts and rots. Glowvine is toxic to consume, and thus should not be eaten.[/*]
24. [*]Description: A bioluminescent vine which will grow across any and all allowed paths, and can be cultivated as a replacement for artificial light. Occasionally releases floating luminescent seed pods which can be 'tricked' into working as a temporary floating light.[/*]

33. [*]Distinctions: The primary and perhaps single defining trait of Glowvine is its bioluminescence to such a degree that it can serve as a replacement to artificial lighting.

39. [*]Tough Little Thing: Like many vines, it is quite resilient, and the large-scale cultivation and purposeful manipulation of the plant have forged it into a surprisingly resilient organism, to such a degree that it is even used aboard Confractan Starships.[/*]

55. HISTORICAL INFORMATION
56. Glowvine has been a common sight on Confracta for as long as there were people to see it. It is bioluminescent like most life on the strange planet, however, posses this trait to such a degree that it is exclusively cultivated as a replacement for artificial lights. The earliest known users of Glowvine were the Ifradeli of Confracta, as it blankets their City and from them spread to the other nations of Confracta, where it remains their most recognizable feature today.
57.
58. Recently, Cerevessian merchants have attempted to export Glowvine with limited success, to some it is a vital replacement for otherwise harmful light sources, for others little more than a novelty.
