The Commons Speakership is looking to hire **2** new Deputy Speakers to replace the two who have decided to take time away from MHOC.

Last time I don't recall asking for much in the manifesto, but this time I will ask that all applicants cover a few general topics.

* Do you have any previous administrative experience?
* What do you consider the most important thing a Deputy Speaker does.
* Tell me something that I'm doing wrong as Commons Speaker.

I'm still not hugely fond of overly long Deputy Speaker manifestos, so try to keep them within one page of A4.
