Officer Jack Harmon's journal,  excerpts from  pages 76 77 and 78
In 1996 I was working as a desk clerk for the minnesota state police, I graduated from the academy in July and with the year coming to a close I hadn't even ridden in a sqaud  car.  I had  been warned by veteran officers that things got crazy around the holidays;the local precinctswere all very small. Hell, Becsco County only has 4 officers on its entire payroll.  The State Troopers would get called to assist with a lot of local calls on December 2nd I was the last  officer left to take the call.
It was 2 am and closing time for the local bars, this is usually when calls would pick up, around 2:45 I took the call from Dancing Lily's bar, it was about two and a half miles from our station off of Highway 17 and it  was a shit hole.  When it came in I thought it was just some drunk.

The following is the court transcript of the inbound call Officer Harmon took on December 2nd at 2:41 am.
Minneosta  State Police this is Officer Harmon what is the nature of your emergency?
*Silence*
This is Officer Harmon you have dialed  an emergency line do you need an emergency response?
Thou must not come looking for me you would not like what you would meet. Oh! Oh! Her  feet, her feet they really did burn quite neatly, didn't they?
Sir  I am sending police and  emergency vehicles to you now,  what burned?  Is the bar on fire?  This call  is coming  from Dancing Lily's right? That is off  of Highway 17,right?
*silence*
Hello? Sir?
*silence*
Sir does someone need help?
*fficer Harmon can be heard yelling in the background what is being said can not be understood*

There was a lot of blood when I cut her feet off, they are in a neat pile, I don't  think she will do much dancing anymore.... Dancing Lillies flaming feet who are thou that I did meet? Cut your feet right from your legs and left them burning  with some sage.
