NAME: Hong Reekyo
STAGE NAME: Reekyo

STAGE PERSONA: A beauty with charisma. He can rock any concept given and it’s approved that he’s the one with the gold facial expression. New fans and non-fans call him the “intimidating” one of the group who took their breaths away at the first look. A small habit of him is that he when it’s not his lines, he’ll count the beats silently. He believes in “the show must go on”. No matters if he’s sick, tired, broken some bones, the show must go on.

CAMERA PERSONA: being the multilingual in the group, it might takes some times for him to finally understand what the hosts are saying. So you might catch him being all confused and pouting and doing this hands motion  all the time during interviews. Then pretend he understand by nodding along to whatever they’re saying.

When it comes to variety tho, it’s a different story. He’s one hell of a competitive guy who doesn’t spare any mercy when it comes to games. Not even on his favorite little brother. When things go crazy and his bandmates do something stupid, he be palming and deeply sign, before joining them. Also, there’d be time when he just totally forgot about his image and say something stupid on international tv show, like “you remember that one time when you asking why is people looking at you oddly and i said they’re admiring your beauty? Yea actually you wore your pants inside out” He’s been through wild time let him be.

LIVE PERSONA: if it was his own live, he shows his very soft and squishy side. He goes on live about once a weeks, with different contents every time. He might make a playlist and mumbling along cutely, a mukbang show where he eats and gives out advices to their fans, or reacting to fanmade contents, etc.. His fans said that his live is like having a call with your boyfriend from how caring and soft he is.

On group live tho, it’s not quite the same. If he babies all he wants on his personal live, he’s much of a mom figure in the group live. He tries to give every member a chance to speak, wipe their mouths after they eat and compliment them whenever they do something. He also complains a lot on lives too. Face palming and deeply sigh while doing that so they know how much of a hard time he is having with these kids.

FUN FACTS: - He is comfortable with speaking korean, writing english, he could work just as well with mandarin and others, just not as comfortable.
- He tends to chew on the left side more.
- Before owning a studio, he recorded most of his pieces in a closet.
- He’s really bad at most arcade games, maybe except shooting games.
- Whenever he was given a pen, he’d started drawing random shapes on his wrist or hands.
- He could do push-ups with his hands bend backwards.
- His hair clogged the bathroom’s drain.
- They also change the sheets in the dorm into white so it’s easier to notice Reekyo’s falling hair.
- He never successfully recorded a song at the first time.

LOVE INTEREST: Shenwei (Titans)
HOW YOU MEET: They have a long love story. Started in China, Shenwei’s hometown, almost 10 years ago. Reekyo moved to China to attend a rare performance school there, which was also Shenwei’s school. They came across each other a lot in school, but never officially interacted until a month later. while waiting for a late bus to come (despite being in the same dance club and all), their relationship developed painfully slowly since then.
RELATIONSHIP: They seem like different people next to each other. Shenwei went from a very chill and calm guy with a bit of shyness to full panicked gay mode and ramble a bit more than needed most of the time. Reekyo puts aside the coldness he is always wearing to become a very, very soft and cuddly puddle of whipped-ness for Shenwei. They find so much trust and comfort in the other, that’s why they start acting like their true self more. It could be said that they’re also each other's emotional support boy, always being there whenever one of the two feel down even just a little bit. To them, the safest place on earth is right next to their loved one. They have so many similarities that they just went along so perfectly,and had been knowing each other long enough that they read through the other like an open book. In the eyes of the public, the two boys are just very good friends, but despite the dorki-ness of their relationship, they know they could never find someone like the other, (which is why they’re still dating knowing well South Korea’s conserved community would kill their careers when they got exposed).

TRIVIA:
- Shenwei admitted not wanting to talk to Reekyo when they’re kids because the older was so pretty it made him feel distant.
- Their first date was during Lay Back promotion, when Titans was filming a content for their channel, the two sneak out to a night market. They had their first kiss there as well, in a dark corner of the market.
- During the short break the went back to china and went stargazing, wishing for a good future together
Shenwei used to teach Reekyo Mandarin, now Reekyo helps him with Korean. Whenever he speaks, the older would give him approving nods, occasionally holding his hand to let him know he’s doing great.
- They all try to be more confident and take the lead in their relationship, but both end up embarrassed and trying to cover themselves up

- When the curse of ATE started to work, they did nothing but lock themselves up in their bedroom, making love until they fell asleep, because staying together is the only way for them to not go insane. They found peace and love when looking in the other’s eyes.
