First of all, that friend who is excited about me having a concealed weapons carry permit should not have any access to a or any weapon what so ever. Even at an open range, he does not have the permit concealed carry weapons permit, so he is not allowed to hold or discharge the weapon. If this scene happens i will contact the LSPD and tell them the serial number of the gun aswell as tell them my Name aswell as my friends Name, so they know who to catch. It is extremely dangerous to let someone who doesn't own the concealed carry weapons permit to either take or hold a weapon, not only Illegal but very dangerous to yourself and citizens.

Even if we were at a range, if he doesn't have a concealed carry weapons permit he should not have or own a firearm, he shouldn't be able to hold or discharge the weapon or a weapon for that matter. if the scenario would have taken place i'd immediately contact Law Enforcement as i'd make sure they know the serial number, make and model of my gun. I would also give my name along with my friends name, so they know who they need to catch. It is very unsafe to let someone who doesn't own a CCWP to hold or take a weapon. It is illegal, but also dangerous to myself and citizens.
