1ell, to talk about specific number of links is funny as the whole SEO process by itself is a complex system. It is not just the web 2.0 to be mentioned but the domain age, the comments, profiles, guest posts. social signals... are also part of the whole process. There isn't a "static" number of links to build for a website as the competition is always different, the ranking factors for each niche is different, etc...
I just keep building links all round till I get results. Really I don't think there is a finite amount of ratios you have to hit before you get to the top, just a bit of everything in my opinion is great for ranking.
We need to implement different linking strategies from time to time depends on the results. Start with diversified links from different sources once you noticed movement of main keyword rankings then you can plan PBNs to hit 1st page.

my suggestion i will create 15 web 2.0 backlinks for link juice.
Web2.0s are used for like diversification and create some trustworthy, if you publish worthy content on web2.0 and point it to your site it can help somehow. The count is not fixed it's up to you.

California, United States, was established in 1998. The company offers “compute, cloud, mobility, networking and security offerings” that enable its customers (including

government agencies) to power the applications that support their operations. It has a global presence with more than 24,000 employees around the world. VMware’s acquisition of

Avi Networks will allow the company “to bring the public cloud experience to the entire data center” by offering customers one-click access to an automated, scalable, and secure

public cloud experience. Financial aspects of the deal have not been released.

If you have little faith in the above test-it-live "methodology" & would prefer a slower & lower stress approach, you could create a test site on another domain name for testing

purposes. Just be sure to include a noindex directive in the robots.txt file or password protect access to the site while testing. When you get things worked out on it, make sure

your internal links are referencing the correct domain name, and that you have removed any block via robots.txt or password protection.
For a site with a CMS the above process is basically the same, except for how you might need to create a different backup. If you are uploading a Wordpress or Drupal theme, then

change the name at least slightly so you can keep the old and new designs live at the same time so you can quickly switch back to the old design if you need to.
If you have a mixed site with Wordpress & static files or such then it might make sense to test changing the static files first, get those to work well & then create a Wordpress

theme after that.
Update: at a conference a Googler named Zineb Ait Bahajji recently stated they expect this update to impact more sites than Panda and Penguin have. And Google recently started

sending out mobile usability warning messages in bulk:

What changed?
It appears multiple things did.
When Google rolled out the original version of Penguin on April 24, 2012 (primarily focused on link spam) they also rolled out an update to an on-page spam classifier for

misdirection.

And, over time, it was quite common for Panda & Penguin updates to be sandwiched together.
If you were Google & had the ability to look under the hood to see why things changed, you would probably want to obfuscate any major update by changing multiple things at once to

make reverse engineering the change much harder.
