This is a little chart I created using the Delirium chart in WW20, which lists what percentage of the mortal population has X willpower. The Curse chart, on the other hand, lets you know what percentage of the overall mortal population is skeeved out by a Garou with X Rage. I've found it useful for myself in the past, so I figured others might like it as well. :)
