Step by step from an anon:
>Have android phone
>In settings->security->Unknown sources, allow installation of apps from unknown sources
>Download the Fly GPS apk - http://fly-gps.en.uptodown.com/android
>Enable developer options in settings - http://www.greenbot.com/article/2457986/how-to-enable-developer-options-on-your-android-phone-or-tablet.html
>In Developer Options select 'Enable mock locations', select Fly GPS
>Open Fly GPS
>Select the location on the map where you want to start from
>Select 'GPS Service Run'
>Select 'Joystick Location Mode (Pokemon)'
>Open Pokmon Go

Step by step from an anon:
1) download cydiaimpactor
2) download the Pokémon go 2 tweak ipa
3) plug your phone in
4) go to your Apple ID page
5) generate an app specific password
6) back to the impactor, drag the ipa to the cydia program
7) enter app specific password & id
8) write, and enjoy bitch.
