  1. To make it less wordy than the last post, I'll just summarize the thoughts I had reading each section rather than a line-by-line audit.
  2.
  3. Additionally, to be unbiased, I don't read the debates until they're done and go by it step by step. So its likely that I'll change my mind on an initial point if something later comes up.
  4.
  5. Corv vs Neck
  6.
  7. Corv - Response 1
  8.
  9. Corv did a good job setting up both Magik's in-character BFR mindset and how Sabertooth fights. Considering her scrying crystal and teleportation abilities, it does look like Corv's team can easily dictate when and where the fight happens.
  10.
  11. Additionally, even if BFR isn't decided by Magik since she seems to like a brawl, her abilities with a sword are well established and Sabertooth's healing factor/endurance is well established. Putting him down would require shredding him pretty badly and that will take some time to accomplish.
  12.
  13.
  14. Neck - Response 1
  15.
  16. While shorter than his opponent, Neck did get directly to the point and his win conditions.
  17.
  18. Neck's first point is linking to a video explaining how Raiden's HF blade works. By breaking down atomic bonds, he argues this would allow Raiden to slice through Sabertooth adamantium body and provides an example of Antarctic Vibranium destroying Adamantium using a similar process.
  19.
  20. Neck suggests that Raiden and cole's enhanced vision would allow them to find Corv's team as well, but neither seems as versatile as the scrying ability or teleportation.
  21.
  22. Neck then argues that Cole and Raiden are faster than light and therefore wouldn't be surprised or unable to react to Corv's team. This is an almost OoT argument to make since them being FTL would make both over 2 million times faster than the tier setters.
  23.
  24. Ignoring that he then brings up Cole's precision shot which slows down the world from Cole's perspective. Though without defining how fast Cole is that doesn't mean much here.
  25.
  26. Finally, Neck argues that Cole and Raiden (through scaling) have fought teleporters before and should be comparable to Sabertooth's Nightcrawler showing.
  27.
  28. Then Neck ends by saying that Raiden would be able to take out Sabertooth quickly and it becomes a 2 vs 1 against Magic, where she gets overwhelmed by the other team.
  29.
  30. The biggest issue I see with this post is that ultimately Neck didn't give any evidence about how strong, tough, or fast (outside of being FTL) his team was. He just said they're better than Corv's team, which isn't an argument.
  31.
  32.
  33. Corv - Response 2
  34.
  35. Corv points out that no stats were given by his opponent, most of the feats brought up aren't included in their RTs and they're arguments from other people rather than source material showings.
  36.
  37. Corv's responses about them not being FTL are overall pretty solid in my view. Not only does Cole have crippling anti-feats with that assumption, the blackhole as mentioned only requires FTL speed past the event horizon. Raiden dodging a railgun also isn't an FTL feat.
  38.
  39. The second part about detection is also pretty good in my mind. Raiden's feat doesn't apply to his tournament body and nothing provided for Cole states he can use his bio-electric sense without scanning someone first.
  40.
  41. Portal BFR is still seemingly a valid winning tactic
  42.
  43. Corv argues that Antarctic Vibranium works in a fundamentally different capacity than an HF Blade, so they shouldn't be compared. While I'm not entirely for it, since the linked description of a HF Blade at the end of the day still seems similar to how A. Vibranium is described, I think it was well presented. Additionally, he points out that even if Raiden could cut Creed, he has ways of detecting the blade and counter attacking despite it.
  44.
  45. Corv argues that Creed reacting to Nightcrawler is him catching him in between teleportations, while Cole/Raiden are reacting after the fact. Which seems to line up with the gameplay footage shown.
  46.
  47. As mentioned at the end, they still have no showings to counter Magik's BFR or sword-cutting them if it lands.
  48.
  49.
  50.
  51. Neck - Response 2
  52.
  53. For his OoT arguments, Neck brings up Deadpool dodging a laser to argue that he's also FTL. The issue is that this is TierDeadpool and not an argued 616 Deadpool, meaning his feats are limited to what is only in the signup. Of which his speed is capped to bullet timing.
  54.
  55. Ignoring that he then relinks the same scan of a guy karate chopping Scott saying that BW could beat Magik. Making me think he linked the wrong scan and is assuming BW is a normal human in her comic incarnation.
  56.
  57. He then links more evidence saying that both his people really should be FTL.
  58.
  59. Overall, even if Neck didn't OoT himself, he still hasn't given any strength or power feats for either of his characters. We don't know how strong or tough Raiden/Cole are. Even if speed wasn't an issue and even if they could avoid BFR, that doesn't get rid of them currently having no set strength or durability
  60.
  61.
  62. Corv - Response 3
  63.
  64. Corv requests an OoT request for his opponent. Which I have to agree with since his opponent accepts that they're out of tier and gives no counter evidence.
  65.
  66. So Corv wins.
