I'm going on indefinite hiatus from speedrunning and streaming. As an unemployed recent college graduate, I'm at a crucial time in my life when I need to put my degree to use and get my first career started. Speedrunning has been one of the most entertaining and enjoyable hobbies I've ever been involved in, but it's time-consuming and mentally demanding without much of a concrete payoff for someone like me who doesn't want to monetize their stream. I need to put a concerted effort into achieving the goals I set for my life, so I've made Being Productive my new hobby. I'll still be a part of the Twitch viewing community, but I won't be streaming at least until after I settle into the next era of my life.
