ench - truespirit legacy, winds of obol, relentless conviction, bolst attribute, magnitude/Overbearing Onslaught

Scout dps - truespirit legacy, winds of obol, relentless conviction, overbearing onslaught/(bolster attri if no mystic),
		magnitude/wild swing(extra ae for reforge)

Go to ability mod on any cast speed over 200
Any other reforge goes to abil mod, take out of everything besides the above stats

Abil mod - 20,000+ can have less on bards until enough gear to go higher. (WDB gear scouts stick to 5-10k)
Reuse - 100
Cast speed - 100
Recovery - Do not go past 67 on main scout dps(anyone without ritual like bards can go 100)
Multi - 115
Attack Speed - 195
100 - AE
DPS mod - 600min, 1000 reccomended (1700 if you have WDB set)
Go into ability mod last. Also only go past 1k dps mod if you have all above stats first.
Recovery is also last. Go out of it if needed, don't pass 67 if you get ritual from a shaman.


---Armor choices---

tank-pure mit all 7
scout - 5 cast 2 reuse or all cast (problem is the scout is WAY above cast speed cap and it all goes to waste if you do all 7)
  OR  - 7 WDB
mage - 7 cast
healer - 5 cast 2 reuse or all cast (same as scout issue if you do all 7 cast)
