Relis' Background

"Once upon a time, in a universe uninhabited by humans, with Pokemon as the only existing species, the land was ruled over by the Alpha Pokemon, Arceus. In a small corner of this universe, on a similarly small planet, a nameless Riolu was born. Orphaned and alone, the Riolu sought strength and power to survive, in turn, causing him to clash with many Pokemon of many types. Surviving the endless battles, the nameless Riolu at last, evolved into a Lucario before seeking out more strength and power, so that he could become even stronger, so that none could harm him. His journey eventually caused him to clash with the Alpha Pokemon. The Alpha Pokemon, having kept a Royal Guard of the strongest Pokemon from its journeys, ordered the guard to fight the nameless Lucario and, with little effort, the Lucario was defeated. Arceus, intrigued by the nameless Lucario, asked him for his loyalty and in exchange, offered him the power he sought. Battered and defeated, the nameless Lucario accepted and was given the name Relis, for he would serve on the Royal Guard until his time would come." - Relis, 20XX.

After becoming a Royal Guard, Relis traveled with Arceus and protected it, until much later when a Spatial Distortion happened, born from a clash between the Creation Trio. Acting as Arceus' representative, Relis quelled the battle but was pulled through the Distortion into a place beyond all Pokemon universes, eventually crash-landing on the planet into Mt. Ebott itself, surviving the fall through pure luck.

After some time of wandering, he was found and taken home by his mentor in the Royal Guard, ending his story in Arkias...
