Regarding the jail there's three reactions: When you put someone in charge of the building, when you ask someone to persuade the prisoners and the persuasion itself. This is the first one. (I didn't include them but Tsubaki and Gunther have a less polite version if you've S supported them and Charlotte drops her cute act as usual)
