- 2.1 - Look Down
- PLAY THE CHAPTER 2 INTRO VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DS8mMIDqbE&feature=youtu.be
- Location: Lumiose City
- NOTE: Make sure the player is advised of the new level cap - level 12.
- BEFORE THE FIGHT: Notify the player to change the maximum level of his/her pokemon is level 12, and to adjust accordingly if the current level exceeds that.
- START OF FIGHT: Celebi (either in the party or from afar) tells the player that the level cap was reset back to 12. If a pokemon had exceeded level 12, they are temporarily set back to level 12, but when the level cap increases that pokemon's level reverts to its current level, or to the next level cap if it still exceeds that cap. E.g. if Charmander was level 23, it starts at level 12 here. When the cap increases to 20, its level gets set to 20 right away. When the cap increases to 30, then its level gets set to 23, and you can continue to use points on it after that.

- MAKE SURE YOU PLAYED THE CHAPTER 2 INTRO VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DS8mMIDqbE&feature=youtu.be

- PostBattle - The Police arrive and alert the city that Lumiose is being targetted by slimy low-class no-good thieves and the "Protective Barrier" needs to be put in place once again. The player sees the entire city get surrounded by a one-way barrier before being forced into a Police Prisoner Airship and flown far, far away from the city to ancient island prison.
- Rewards (for losing) - 2 points
- Location: Sea Spirit's Prison
- Bt 1 - A7 (not a real fight)
- Espeon lv 12
- Umbreon lv 12
- Synopsis: You meet your cell-mate in prison, A7. He tells you how this used to be just an ancient cave, but they built a high-tech prison inside recently. Celebi alerts the player that this is totally unnatural for Kalos and that the Sea Spirit's Den was a sacred place for legendary birds. A7 is not even from this world, but somehow ended up here and was thrown in prison immediately just because he "looked like a thief". Kalos is currently a region involved in heavy class warfare, as the upper class aristocrats revel in their riches in Lumiose City, while everyone else is suffering, hungry, without anything of their own, and anything they work for goes to the rich in Lumiose. While A7 didn't actually commit a crime, he tells the player he certainly would have if he wasn't thrown in prison just because of the injustice he sees in the region.
- Post-Battle: After the "fight", A7 tells you he has a secret plan to break out of the prison. There is a gate that opens every morning at 3:22 AM so that tacos and burritos can be delivered to the guards. A7 plans on hijacking the cart to distract all the guards, load the tacos with explosive meat that is typically used to feed really bad prisoners, and then hurl the taco bombs at the guards while A7 and the Player escape.
- Note: For the plan to work, the Player needs stronger pokemon. A7 gives the player the option to TEMPORARILY take either his Umbreon or Espeon at level 12. Since this pokemon does not belong to the player, no items or points can be used on it (but they can hold items belonging to the player), and no moves/EVs/IVs can be changed. - Post-Battle 3 - A7 and the Player grab some "Trackers" (have Player add 4 "Trackers" to his profile). As the Player grabs the Trackers, the Power Plant Power Transport that he just got from the last battle starts to activate! The Player vanishes into thin air!

- Bt 5 - Ancient King AZ
- Mandatory Opening Dialoge: "A long time ago. A very long time ago... I created a beautiful machine to restore life. This life needed restoration because of the terrible things this world had done to it. In blind grief I destroyed lives of many others, only to lose the one which I loved once again not from death, but by shame."
- "I have seen it all - the destructions, the creation, the unending pain - all of it. And even now, I have been brought back using that which I had created."
- "For you see, the one before you, is the great Ancient King, filled with rage of the past. I am not the one who has learned pity and restraint in your world today. I am the one who still feels grief, anger, and undying rage!"
- "In my re-emergence here to your world, I owe my existence to he who has brought me!" AZ looks at the Mime. "And now, feel total destruction!"
- Suddenly, Diantha, whom the player battled earlier, appears. She spots the extraordinarily large man and states "You are not the true King. I have met AZ here, and he is not like you. You will meet your end!"

- Post Battle: The King collapses and laments, stating "I hope my true self here... has turned into something more compassionate..." The King disappears, as does the Mime.
- Post Battle 2: The rest of the Protagonists (the 3 the Player did not team up with) also arrive now. Celebi tells the player there isn't much time left - they need to find a location for a time base and go back. The other protagonists tell the Player that they will help with the restoration of Kalos now that the threat is gone. A7 points out that the Sea Spirits Den, where thee player originally appeared, would be a fine location for a base.
- Location: Sea Spirit's Den
- Bt1 - Time Base
- Not a real fight, just an event/explanation.
- Celebi lv 100
- Celebi tells the player that he is running out of power, and that they need to return to the present time immediately while Celebi still has the power to do so.
- When they travel back to the present time, the Player will lose nearly all of the pokemon on the team (except Celebi and the one other pokemon the Player brought from present time).
- Player leaves all his Kalos caught pokemon behind to defend the base. There may be a time when the pokemon must rise up and defend against an impending threat, and the player will have to control the team left behind. As such, it is a good idea to have some extra points stockpiled in a "savings" fund just in case these pokemon need a points boost.
- Celebi looks at the Kalos Destiny Diamond obtained by the player. That item can be used on any of the Kalos caught mons to allow them to time travel with player and Celebi back to the current time. The pokemon's level will be reset to level 1, but it will keep its current moveset and will not devolve. 50% of the points invested into the pokemon are recovered as points.
- Player must choose which Kalos Pokemon to use the Kalos Destiny Diamond on, and the rest will be left behind to defend the base.
- Note: This means that the Player, Celebi, the Kalos Destiny Diamond Mon, and the other mon that came with player from present time (if something other than Celebi) are the only ones traveling back to present time.
- After all of this is resolved, the Player warps back to present time.
- C2.6 Re-Arrival
- Bt 1 - Time Base (not a real fight)
- Celebi lv 100
- Player arrives at the Time Base for the present time, and finds all the pokemon there intact.
- And then all of a sudden, the Alooflad Egg starts to hatch! But into what?
- Alooflad Egg - Hatches into either a level 1 Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, Cutiefly, or Rockruff (player's choice)
- The pokemon is immediately available in player's party.
- To recap, the pokemon available to the player are (@ level cap 50):
- Celebi
- Destiny Architects (all started at level 5):
- Minior
- Bronzor
- Chingling
- Baltoy
- Natu
- Timburr
- Player's Kanto Destiny Diamond Mon (at current level)
- Player's Sinnoh Destiny Diamond Mon (at current level)
- Player's Kalos Destiny Diamond Mon (level reset to level 1)
- Next Generation Egg Mon (at current level)
- Alooflad Egg Mon (at level 1)
- Synopsis: The player hears a great disturbance. Something is attacking the time base!
- Bt 2 - Time Base Defense
- NOTE: This is a DOUBLES FIGHT
- Synopsis: Celebi notes that these pokemon appear to be wild, though they are not from the are and are probably scared.
- Wishiwashi lv 40
- Comfey lv 40
- Turtonator lv 40
- Oranguru lv 40
- Passimian lv 40
- Drampa lv 40
- NOTE: This is technically a WILD POKEMON FIGHT, meaning the player can catch the last pokemon standing.
- Post Battle: After the fight, Celebi is disturbed that these Alolan pokemon appeared in Ilex Forest. Something is very wrong, and there must be more of the timeline to fix.
- Celebi has enough power to transport Player and one other pokemon at level 30 or below to the next realm.
- Celebi does not have enough energy to transport player + 1 pokemon and also fight by player's side in the new realm. However, if player chooses no other pokemon but Celebi for the trip, then Celebi will have enough energy to fight alongside player.
- So basically, player decides which pokemon to bring with him to time travel.
- No pokemon above level 30 (except Celebi) can ever make the time travel back in time.
- After the choice is done, Chapter 2 ends.
