Powered armor suits are the logical conclusion to the exoskeleton suits that were used in the mid-to-late 21st century. While all powered armor suits function differently, they all share a common goal: To protect and enhance the abilities of the person wearing them. Lighter PA are usually worn by Galaxy Federation police with the heavy, milspec suits being designed for the Marines.
