The Armed Forces [AF] is one of the official law enforcement groups protecting the citizens of CIT and acting against crime. We are a group that is intent on success in this way that the organization of the unit and the transparency of the team play major roles. Armed Forces needs to be organised and prepared when faced to assist other law groups in CIT.
The following topics introduce you in the life of an soldier in the Armed Forces of CIT, including methods on how to do things properly, guidelines and the role of a soldier. Requested topics by AF members will be handled so that they can fully understand how to react in certain situations.

[b]2.[/b] Disrespect towards players will not be tolerated
  [b]i.[/b] This includes disrespect towards any Armed Forces member, superior officer or fellow soldier
  [b]ii.[/b] This includes disrespect towards any lawman
  [b]iii.[/b] This includes disrespect towards any civilian or criminal of San Andreas fellow lawman
  [b]iv.[/b] This includes the use of vulgar or unacceptable language

[b]3.[/b] Leaking/copying/showing information out of any AF restricted chat such as group chat will result in punishment (depending on the severity)
  [b]i.[/b] This includes leaking information out of IRC channels or alliance chat
  [b]ii.[/b] This includes any classified information linked to the Department of Military Capability
        [b]a.[/b] This includes leaking information into a lower security clearance level or anyone without appropriate security clearance level
        [b]b.[/b] This includes sharing the intelligence gathering methods with anyone outside the department without appropriate security clearance

[b]4.[/b] Any/All enlisted soldiers of the Armed Forces are prohibited to engage in criminal activities without the correct authorization
  [b]i.[/b] This includes playing as criminal in general
  [b]ii.[/b] This includes the killing of members of the law
  [b]iii.[/b] Second Lieutenant and ranked higher has the authority to grant you to do criminals activities as long as he/she is still ingame
  [b]iv.[/b] It is the person that grants you the permission's responsibility to supervise that your activities are strict
  [b]v.[/b] This includes aiding criminals with another job (non law) (i.e: healing criminals as a medic)

[b]5.[/b] Disobeying a direct order from a higher ranked member is seen as disrespectful and will be dealt with accordingly
  [b]i.[/b] The higher ranked member that issued the order is responsible for the actions taken by the ordered soldier
  [b]ii.[/b] The ordered will not be held accountable if he was under direct order from a superior
  [b]iii.[/b] Orders are strictly given from a from a certain rank in the chain of command
     [b]a.[/b] CPL/SGT+ for trainings, SGT+ & training instructors can force
     [b]b.[/b] MSGT+ for operations, MSGT+
  [b]iv.[/b] Orders can be cancelled through the chain of command
     [b]a.[/b] Example: A Captain can cancel or override orders given by a Lieutenant

[b]6.[/b] Asking a superior to grant a promotion is strictly prohibited
   [b]i.[/b] This includes making gestures towards being promoted
   [b]ii.[/b] This includes attempting to bribe a superior for a promotion
   [b]iii.[/b] This includes making a direct statement that relates to asking for a promotion

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 7[/size][/font][/b]

[b]7.[/b] You should follow this protocol regarding anyone inside the base
   [b]i.[/b] Visitors can only be given authorization from a Private First Class (Or higher) to gain entry to the base
   [b]ii.[/b] Warn the person that it is in fact a restricted area
   [b]iii.[/b] If the person does not leave after 3 warnings call server staff
   [b]iv.[/b] Check if someone has authorization as visitor before warning

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 8[/size][/font][/b]

[b]8.[/b] Killing fellow teammates as seen as a betrayal and will not be tolerated, unless you are in a training, having fun with them or they accept it

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 9[/size][/font][/b]

[b]9.[/b] 80% of your time you should be on-duty as either an Armed Forces Soldier or Police Chief
    [b]i.[/b] If you are a staff member it is 30% (under the condition that most other 70% is the staff job)

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 10[/size][/font][/b]

[b]10.[/b] The respective communication channels for the Armed Forces is restricted to English and NATO coding only

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 11[/size][/font][/b]

[b]11.[/b] The abuse of military equipment is strictly prohibited and action can be taken outside of military jurisdiction
    [b]i.[/b] This includes invalid reasons to place barriers and form illegal roadblocks
    [b]ii.[/b] This includes the use of police barriers as cover
       [b]a.[/b] Barrier 1
       [b]b.[/b] Barrier 2
       [b]c.[/b] Barrier 3
       [b]d.[/b] Barrier 4
    [b]iii.[/b] Excludes:
       [b]a.[/b] Barrier 5
       [b]b.[/b] Barrier 6

    [b]iv.[/b] This includes blocking citizens that aren't wanted for crimes
    [b]v.[/b] This includes blocking the entrances to highly populated areas

    [b]vii.[/b] RCTs are not allowed to use barriers under any circumstance
    [b]viii.[/b] PVTs are allowed to use barriers. (with permission from a Sergeant Major & higher).
    [b]ix.[/b] This includes the use of Armed Vehicles without permission based on your rank.

[b]12.[/b] Lodging biased and illegitimate complaints against a team member will result in punishment (depending on the severity) if the complaint is classified 'absurd'

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 13[/size][/font][/b]

[b]13.[/b] SGT+ can host trainings without permission, SPC+ must ask for permission from a Sergeant Major or Training Instructor to host one.
   [b]i.[/b] During a training the host is considered a superior, meaning that the host can order higher ranks as well.
   [b]ii.[/b] If a SGT+ requests you to join a training you have to join unless you can give a valid reason. The SGT+ decides if the reason is valid.
   [b]iii.[/b] PFC+ can host patrol sessions without permission and with the supervision of a higher ranking member (SGT+).

[b][font=andala mono][size=14pt]Article 14[/size][/font][/b]

[b]14.[/b] You are not permitted to be inside the base if wanted for a commited crime.
   [b]i.[/b] A proper reason needs to be given if you are doing so.

[b]15.[/b] If a member is inactive from the service for more than 14 days without reporting it on the proper topic, the result will be a rank demotion.
   [b]i.[/b] If a member that has been already demoted for inactivity hits 14 days without an inactivity report again, they will be discharged from the group.

[b]16.[/b] Do not request or ask questions about Armed Forces features towards server staff.
   [b]i.[/b] A request should be made towards Armed Forces staff. (Captain [CPT] or higher)

[b]17.[/b] This rule requires you to have common sense in order to stay in the Armed Forces.

[b]18.[/b] Do not question instructions/orders given from a superior in any way.
   [b]i.[/b] This includes asking 'Why' when you are called to base.

[b]19.[/b] Your name should always be RANK-name[AF]
   [b]i.[/b] Tags can be replaced with mapping/afk or something else indicating what you are doing instead of Armed Force job.
   [b]ii.[/b] You are allowed to include other tags. For example, squad ones.

[b]20.[/b] Your skin usage depends on the rank that you own.

   [b]e[/b] You are forbidden from using other groups skins/jobs unless you have permission to from an AF Staff member and a leader from the group skin/job
          you are using. Failure to abide will result in punishment.

[b]21.[/b] Groupnotes are not to be misused, doing so will end up in removal of rights and please avoid using caps.
   [b]i.[/b] They are allowed to be use for:
     [b]a.[/b] General announcements
     [b]b.[/b] Direct orders
     [b]c.[/b] Training calls
     [b]d.[/b] Backup calls
     [b]e.[/b] Airstrike requests
     [b]f.[/b] Crisis reports

[b]22.[/b] Do not ever attempt to abuse /basekick. Do not use it for personal advantage or trolling, because it might end up in a high severity punishment.
   [b]i.[/b] Regarding the regulation that PFC+ are allowed to invite players at our base, this is getting followed up by the basekick command restriction. Any other rank below PFC is not permitted to use the given command.

[b]23.[/b] Unjustified conspiracy and collusion
   [b]i.[/b] This includes betrayal actions toward a member or specific group in an untransparent manner.

When rules are broken we have to punish our soldiers. If not, they would think they can do it and get away with it. Each rule has it's own punishment, warning amounts might vary depending on the scenario. Sometimes, if the punishment is severe we will issue a direct dismissal from the group.
Your warning level goes down 1% a day, you cannot be promoted if you are warned. So, 1% = 1 day.
