Our Records indicate your item has received no physical scans, and thusly not yet physically received by the US Postal Service.  Sometimes a tracking number may be generated by the mailer and linked to a shipping file/manifest, but not physically shipped.  These items may still show the appearance of movement because of association with the shipping file (manifest).  Please confirm with mailer the item has physically shipped as well  as checking with the shipping partner that would have tendered item to the US Postal Service.
