- Scheduling: matches will occur on a weekly basis and you are responsible for scheduling match times with your opponent. If you cannot agree on a time, the default time to play will be during the weekly Xbox event. If one team cannot make the default time, they will forfeit the match. If both teams cannot make the default time, the winner will be decided by the organizers.
- Make sure you test your online set up in advance and communicate with your teammate(s). If your team is more than 10 minutes late, you will forfeit the first match and will not get to host during that round. If your team is more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit the entire round. This is necessary to keep things running smoothly.
- Plan what settings you want to use in advance!
- If someone disconnects within the first 30 seconds of a match starting, that match must be restarted. If someone disconnects a second time or after the first 30 seconds, their team will forfeit that match.
- Both teams should report results in the tournament channel by naming the teams, the winner, and the match score (i.e. 2 to 1). If both teams claim a win, we will need proof (screenshots/videos) to determine a winner. Disputing the results without justification (i.e. proof of cheating or other rule breaking) will result in your team being disqualified from the entire tournament and possible action taken within the TimeSplitters Online Server.
