I swear we're not an ERP group - Bardildo

We been lost in a cavern network for a while and found a small passage leading outside. Problem is it went straight through the lair of a sleeping dragon a bit out of our league. One bad stealth check and it woke up.
Now considering that we hadn't taken anything, we were in the process of leaving, and it had been watching us for a bit before we realized it was awake meant it didn't immediately want to kill us, but once we explained we were passing through it did want us to pay a toll to get through its cave. The bard, being the manwhore he is decides to try to seduce the dragon for a lower toll. A bit of adlibbing hampered by not knowing the dragon's gender and some very poor rolls latter, he assumed he was doomed.
Believing he pissed it of he mentions a change of plans, the bard (who was planning on starting a new character after this) will distract it while we run. Instead the dragoness complements him on his comparison of the ideal (dragonic) feminine beauty and changes the toll from an exorbitant amount to a slightly less exorbitant amount or him as a lifelong concubine.
We argue back and forth for a bit and she eventually starts offering us part of her hoard in exchange for him. He accepts and she offers to buy other things from us if we are willing to part with them while eyeing up other party members. We take the money and leave.
We hear him ask if she's going to shapeshift, shrink, or enlarge him. She answers no, no, and no. He then asks her how he's going to do this followed by a quick "wait, what?", we then decide to turn and look back and we see the dragoness squatting over where the bard was standing and then get up with the bard nowhere to be seen but a large wet spot where he was.
We ended up taking her up on her offer, selling her treasures that we would get in trouble for if they could be traced back to us. The first and second time she was a bit disappointed but accepted the goods (for a low price), the third time was when we encountered the bard with nothing but a necklace and a ring and he told us what he’d been doing since then (being a dragoness’s 24/7 vibrator basically), every time after that she’s offered (more and more) money to buy some or the rest of us. Last time she implied she might just keep us if we don’t bring her something worth her time.
I’m close to being able to pick up true mind switch and I’m thinking about trying out taking over her body if I get the chance.
