Goal: Beat World 3

Press A on the title screen twice to begin, .done when defeating boss of world 3 (monkey/gorilla)

D-pad moves, up to enter big door
A - Jump
B - Hold to run, press to attack

If you take a hit, you lose your suit but it bounces away and you can easily grab it back within invincibility so there is basically no reason to ever die. Cat suit is fast.
