if people really spam just for making chat hard to read, we can mute them but in general we ask them to stop first
and make a smart way to stop them out
before we use commands for that
another thing you mentioned was about you wanting to watch people in spectator mode
that is something we do rarely as well
we literally want to stay neutral and don't want to bother players
that is why we ask before we /tp to someone

yeah i just need to make this clear
there are certain rules as staff
while players can do everything they want
as staff you can't raid people and you can't team up with players, you need to play alone and not let people into your base
if you build in creative you should not use rare materials like sea lanterns and other stuff, or spawn unlegit items into the world
like more mob spawners or new enchanted items

it's important to tell the people that
we had like 10 staff apps in the past 2 weeks
and 6 of them wanted to raid
and still play the server normally
you basically can't play the server in normal survival, since you are only allowed to build at your base
and most likely alone or with other staff
but never with players, since they could benefit from your /creative power

that's the same reason why you should not /tp to pepole, because they don't trust you and might don't want you to know where their base is
so that is why it's important

the last things you mentioned in your staff app was giveaways and droppartys
which i think is not a good thing
if we give people all the stuff for free they stop playing
because it's far too easy

yeah but autonomy is pretty important as a staff
for me it's hard to manage what everyone has to do
that is why people should come up with their own ideas
and they should learn how to help people without me asking all the time
that comes to the point, i heard you wanted to improve mainly spawn and such
