Base Commission Fees (per floor):

Small*	- 2,000,000g
Medium	- 3,000,000g
Large	- 5,000,000g

* - Private chambers and apartments will be priced using the per floor model for small houses.

Base Commission Fees (entire house):

Small	-  4,000,000g
Medium	-  8,000,000g
Large	- 15,000,000g

** Above fees are subject to change based upon difficulty of request and/or length of time it takes to complete

-- Crafting commissions --

With materials:

- 10% commission based on current market value (lowest buyout)

Without Materials

- Market value of furnishing (lowest buyout)

** Any furnishings provided by client are exempt from fees and commissions

- Base Commission Fees due prior to commencement of commission.
- Furnishing Crafting fees due upon completion of furnishing.
- Furnishing Market values and commission fees associated with them determined at time of request.
- Commission will begin when both parties are in agreement upon the commission terms.

- Furnishing Crafting fees are non-refundable.
- Refusal/inability to pay agreed due fees may result in termination of commission.
- Disclaimer terms are non-negotiable.
- I reserve the right to terminate a commission for any reason.
