I really want to keep it very modern and fresh. If you do, can you please make sure to maybe have it near the top of the thread? If possible I'd like one of the long threads that you can see all of. I want the title text to be very swirly but the rest very clean and fresh. If you could give the text box's a sort of glow too? Just a very sorta glow to the whole thing. I want it bright and popping, with definitely a gif. Another idea would be in incorporate paper shreds into the design. Something like a shred of paper going through the center of it to reveal the information and rules, breaking the first layer.
