  1. Hi everyone. The name's Awkyust. Well, it used to be Awkyust, at least. If you really wanna know why all the "used to", read on ahead. Otherwise, go away.
  2. If you're asking for an ending, there isn't. Not for me, at least.
  3.
  4.
  5.
  6. Anyways, I decided the days were running out for me to do the things I have never tried yet.
  7. First on my list? I wanted to make music sound more musical.
  8.
  9. Today I moved over into the nearby cave to hear how it sounded there. (Ok, it wasn't really nearby as it was actually all the way across some lake, but I crossed that with a pink fairy's help. I gotta find her some day so we can be friends.)
  10.
  11. So I moved right ahead into the deepest part of the cave I could get to without losing my way. There, I put everything down and set it all up.
  12. Starting with a single note, then another, I took my time to see how it sounded, as I told myself. And y'know how it sounded?
  13. It was freaking heavenly. Immediately, I started to play the song I used to listen to for hours on end a few years ago. Y'know what? I knew the only thing possible was to keep going till the end of the day.
  14.
  15. Finally, I felt too tired to go on, and put my guitar down to lie on the ground.
  16.
  17.
  18.
  19. A voice rang in my head, saying something like "Do you love music?"
  20. Believing it was only me asking myself a needless question, I merely closed my eyes and discarded the question with the thought of a mere "yeah".
  21. Again, the same question entered my head. "Do you love music?"
  22. Something felt wrong in the atmosphere. No, it wasn't a feeling. Something was definitely wrong.
  23.
  24. Opening my eyes again and sitting up, I said aloud this time, "I do!"
  25. Immediately, another question passed my mind. "Do you wish to play music forever?"
  26. Mindlessly (or not, since I took "playing music forever" at face value), I repeated myself, "Yes, I do."
  27.
  28. After a few quick seconds, I noticed my belongings were gone. After that, the cave grew darker than it could possibly have.
  29. No, I was no longer in the cave I was supposed to be merely visiting. In a moment, I realized this was an infinite-space void, one with dark metallic gray space and red eyes staring coldly at me.
  30. Far away, I could see a form just like me, except it was strangely missing a face.
  31. Still, it seemed it had my own voice and could talk even without a mouth.
  32. The only thing it said to me was a creepy "Very well. You shall play music forever," then it disappeared into the nothingness, not even leading me out of this void-thing.
  33.
  34.
  35.
  36. And that was the last thing I could remember before losing consciousness.
  37.
  38.
  39.
  40. When I woke up, I no longer had my belongings beside me, and I had no intention of leaving the cave.
