  3. Specific Style for weapons for easy ID after a robbery.
  4. I feel strongly that keeping track of just Serieal numbers may not be enough in this regard as it only comes into play after said weapon makes their way to the gunsmith. My suggestion in this regard is to stick to a minimalist design with pink parts for easy ID on the street. Minimalist design also improves chances the weapon would find its way to a gunsmith, that after being provided a whole list of Serial numbers. Could Make a report to SO's about the culprit at their store.

  15. Establisment of a Comunications officer and Dedicated Quatermaster for the departament.
  16. I feel like without Sally being around every so often, we suffer serious lack when it comes to equipment / information that should be processed by the Head Game Warden
  17. I propose a solution of designiting people for two destinct roles so we can be fairly operational even if Sally is not reachable in the moment. Those people are not in any case higher ranked by anyone else, however they will have to deal with additional work assosicated with the given role.

  19. Communications officer:
  20. As the name implies, this role is to handle communication between us and the command. As not everyone can get direct response with Sally every so often. So to have someone to gather information/Be a bridgehead to pass all nessesary information to Sally. Would be better.

  22. Their role would be of course, taking our reports, summarising situations and passing the information to Sally, as well as keep a log of all nessesary telegrams to reach specific officials/individuals. Such as:

  27. The reason why that is also nessasary, is sometimes members of the Game Wardens need to have direct contact with said individuals to resolve issues pretaining to our work.

  30. Quartermaster:
  31. The job of the quartermaster on another hand would be to make sure we are constantly supplied with everything we need. This also means that they'd be in charge of making sure we have spare weapons in our storage to issue if need be. Such expenditure however cannot be done entirely out of one's pocket. And Once a week an allowance should be issued in order to help with the department supply, which should be handled by Sally. With this allowance they are expected each week to make investments towards medical supplies, food or weapons.
  32. The Quartermaster also can refuse an allowance for the week, in the case our storage is currently supplied with everything necessary. Also to give QM some breathing room.

  34. The collegues may also support the QM with their money to be able to get a reserved weapon in the storage at the ready. They will be able to get only ONE reserved weapon to not create situations where we have 20 weapons on hand, but we are not able to give them out to anyone as they are all reserved for one person. This should also play off the first idea, as if we have one person handling stockpile of weapons and noting down the serial numbers. I'd be easy to also apply specific aesthetic for easy trace.

  47. Better on duty information
  48. We have a clock in channel, despite that i feel that it's underused. I wanted to suggest an adjustment to the current format for easier patrols. As if you know who's on clock. You'll have an easier time getting them to HQ to head out together.

  53. Clock out: [Insert ON DUTY for the duration of your shift] (Change it to proper clock out time once you're no longer on shift)

  55. With this I'd be easier to tell, who's around the clock and considering our current numbers, will provide us with easier time establishing small groups to be able to cover more ground. As currently stands, everyone sticks by eachother because nobody knows if there's someone else besides the group on duty. This approach should fix that, without being meta. As you'd be realisticly be able to see at HQ who's currently clocked in, though paperwork.

  68. To play off Suggestion 1, I'd be useful to keep track of all acquired weapons to be able to also communicate with gunsmiths across the commonwealth in case said weapons after a robbery make their way to gunsmiths.
