Covet: Cadece was in the bedroom lying in bed with the blanket wrapped up and around her, practically burrowed in a blanket nest. Partially because she was cold, because ew snow apparently, and secondarily because she didn't feel like getting out of bed. She was watching netflix on her phone, watching some animated movie of somesort.
Tsaaq: Remy cracked open a beer and patted his thigh. Petey jumped up and jogged after him. "Come on you old man." He smiled. He scratched the doggo's booty and let him lead the way towards the bedroom. "Ohh Cupcaaake! Who wants beer beard kisses?" He called out as he and Petey came into the room.
Covet: Cadence looked up over the edge of the blankets and gave him a soft smile, "Me, please." She told him simply, the closer he got the easier it'd be to tell that she looked exhausted, and checked out a little bit. She was welcoming to the kisses mostly because he was probably the only person she wanted human contact from.
Tsaaq: "Look at you, all bundled up." He said with a smile as he climbed into the bed and leaned over to press his lips to hers. He put his beer on the bedside table and went to wrap an arm around her. "You okay?" He asked as he rubbed her back. Petey circled the bed before getting on the foot of it like that was where he belonged.
Covet: "Mhhm, it's cold, you can join me in the blanket nest though." She told him pulling the corners of her weak smile a little higher as she nodded a response to him asking if she was okay, but her eyebrows gave the slightest quiver before she leaned in against his chest tucking her head down. "It's just me thinking, nothing to be worried about though."
Tsaaq: He began to frown as he watched her face. He got under the covers with her and wrapped his arms around her. "What's on your mind beautiful?" He asked in an attempt to be comforting.
Covet: "I.. don't.. It's... " she tried to start off saying. "I'm just... thinking about mom things. That's all." She said swallowing hard. "It's dumb, and I'll be okay. Just a moody day is all. Tomorrow will be better." Cadence said lifting up her head to give his cheek a kiss. " I've got you anyways. So I really know things are going to be okay."
Tsaaq: "Please tell me. Or I'm gonna be worried about you." Remy said as he put her hand on her cheek as he leaned his forehead against hers. "It's not dumb. Nothing's dumb about your feelings, okay?"
Covet: Closing her lips Cadence closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Mom things, like.. questions that I'd ask my mom, about being a mom, that I can't ask. Things you can't just google, and seem to impersonal asking random mom types online or anything." She said trying to keep her voice even. "But it's something I'll get over.
Tsaaq: Remy sighed a little as he began to comb his fingers through her hair. "I mean..." He trailed off. "I know it's not the same but you can always ask my mom? I know she's not your bio mom or anything and she was kind of winging up until now but maybe she has some wisdom." He suggested hopefully.
Covet: She relaxed as he ran his fingers through her hair. "It's not the same, and I'd like that a lot. I guess I feel like that's not my place, I don't want to take that away from you or Hayley. It's dumb because I doubt either of you see it that way, but I just don't want to offend either of you, or seem like a burden to your mom, because Once the questions start.. I know they're not going to stop." she said taking another deep breath to get herself to calm down.
Tsaaq: He shook his head. "Hey, hey." He whispered before kissing her forehead. "I'm sure my mom would be glad to help you in this part of your life." Remy told her. "And you're not overstepping anything. Because we love to help our family."
Covet: She looked at himand gave a soft smile shaking her head, "Thank you. I know you probably think I'm being completley ridiculous right now. I'm sorry." She said giving a sniffle as she wiped her eyes. "I guess I'm not as familiar with the whole family thing like I used to be. But I'll get better. So I don't worry you." Cadence told him

Tsaaq: "I love being around you." Remy told her. "And I don't think you're being ridiculous... You didn't have your mom and dad. I have no idea what that's like. So all I can do is listen, try to understand and maybe offer things to make you feel better. Only if you'll let me." He smiled.
Covet: Cadence squeezed him tight as she burried her face into his neck, "I love being around you too. Thank you...You do a lot, more than I can ever ask for, and I'd feel completely crazy with out you here to do that. Out of all the things I should've miss my parents for, I never considered that this would be the one that'd break me." She said with a soft laugh, then leaned up to kiss his bearded cheeks.
Tsaaq: Remy shook his head and held onto her closely. "You do a lot for me too babe." He smiled. "And I love helping you as much as I can." He pulled her in. "I'll cuddle you all night and we can watch whatever it is that you were watching." He laughed.
Covet: "I love you Stud muffin." She told him leaning into his embrace "We really don't have to watch what I'm watching." Cadence said with a laugh shaking her head. " I'm on the kids section of Netflix... and I don't even feel bad about it. I just started Cars 3... if you're still game."
