- 2020 was an mixed year for me that not only really bumped my numbers up for content creation, but was also insanely taxing on my mental and physical health that made me realize a ton. With this pastebin, I want to be vocal with how I want to move forward with the year and where I want to take my content creation.
- FireRed/LeafGreen

- I put more love and dedication into this game than I've ever have put forward into anything. I even got to showcase it on the big stage of GDQ with what I would consider the best speedrun and content showcase of my life, but I think my time with this game is over. After GDQ I tried really hard to push for dual world records in this game because I had a blast routing out Round 2. I didn't realize though the extent of my journey through Any% had already killed my passion for this game.
- When I first played this game, I had all the patience in the world for every single scenario that I could have possibly gone through. But as the years went on, my patience became short and I would lose my temper easily when even the smallest thing went wrong. Playing one of the most RNG heavy categories did not help this at all due to how many Pokemon you need to catch in Round 2. I told myself I'd move on if I wasn't having fun at the beginning of 2020 and that's exactly what I did. I moved on and I couldn't be happier that I did.
- I no longer have passion or drive to go back to this game any time soon and will likely be stepping down from my leaderboard position in this game. I appreciate the time I put into this game, the legacy it left for me, and how the PSR community grew to love this once underrated speedrun, but this is where my time ends with it for now. I'd seriously appreciate if folks didn't push me to come back to this or mentioned when a new World Record happens. I don't want to, nor do I have the drive to try and beat anyone's time in this game. This have added a ton of burn out for me due to constant mentions of this game and its world record improvements in my chat, and I just kinda wanna move on. Please, just let me move on...
- Nuzlockes vs. Speedruns

- I think the only game I never want to see again is probably FireRed/LeafGreen unless it involves a rom hack or Nuzlocke. With that said, I still love and watch other Pokemon Speedruns and will likely return to some fun speedgames when something catches my eye. But right now I've found another passion that really drives that person who spent 2 years trying to improve the Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen route and accessibility.
- Hardcore Nuzlockes are currently the most fun I've had with Pokemon in a very long time and I'm happy to see how many people are enjoying it. The concept of "Don't use healing items or x items in battle" has really given me so much creative liberty in how I take on these games. It's honestly made me want to run through every Pokemon game I've ever played with this ruleset and see how different it feels, because it's seriously evolves how these games are handled and played when you add Nuzlocke rules to this.
- I'm so thankful to both the Nuzlocke and Speedrunning community for openly embracing this change in my content. I'm having such a blast again with Pokemon content and don't wanna stop!
- Huge shoutouts to PokemonChallenges for the inspiration on this. Your ruleset is sick and your content has been super inspiring in helping me find another path I can take my content creation. <3
- Health Problems Due To Speedrunning

- 2020 gave me a big scare when my arms started going numb during the FireRed/LeafGreen World Record grind. Pokemon Black and White gave me an even bigger scare when my finger went numb for an entire TWO WEEKS... I even considered using an auto mashing controller to just be able to speedrun, but this would mean I couldn't submit to the leaderboards that I loved competing against. This made me realize I needed to actually take care of my hands and arms if I wanted to continue to do what I love or find a way to enjoy Pokemon games without speedrunning. Happy to now say I've found both.
- I do not want anyone who has a passion for Pokemon Speedrunning to experience my pain and struggle, so I urge those of you who enjoy Pokemon speedrunning to look into the following products.
- - Epsom Salts and a container to put your hands/arms in
- - Therapy Putty
- - Ritual Motion Gloves
- - Daily Hand/Wrist exercises.

- I had an insanely hard time committing to YouTube this year because of how hard I pushed videos when Sword and Shield came out. I'm so sorry for neglecting my channel, and even more sorry to those who I did content with during this burn out, but it was seriously so hard to find drive to upload, edit, or even find the passion to record anything. I'm beyond thankful to my friends for their patience.
- I'm looking forward to this year where I finally work on story styled content that I've wanted to work on for a long time now. This should be a fun experiment and hopefully people will be drawn into what I create on this platform as well.

- I see myself doing a ton more Nuzlockes and bit less Speedrunning overall. I don't know how this will affect my channel, but I need a change of pace for the reasons I mentioned above.
