After singing Renai circulation:
Right after the song she expresses how weirdly nervous she is at the moment.
She questions when the last time she had even done a singing stream because she can't stop feeling nervous. She proceeds to intro the next song, something she's sung way back at the beginning of her career and a song that's song quite a bit by her genmates.

With a slight fumble at the start, she proceeds to sing Kaze ni Naru.

In the middle of it however, she notices there were only about 1000 subs left before she got to 2 Million. She laughs and tells herself that she has to decide on the next song.
She finishes off the song and thanks the chat for the applause.

The song reminds seems to remind her of their debut days and she shares a story about how she and Rushia (who debuted ahead of the oneesan gumi) were talking about who was going to go debut first. Rushia had asked her to do so and though she wasn't quite taken with the idea at first, she ended up doing it.

She's slightly conflicted on which song to sing next but settles on the her first cover song: Discommunication Alien. A nousagi comments that she had really been doing her best in terms of communication and she agrees; she feels like she's given her best, especially in terms of collabs.

TL Note: As an aside, it hit right at the start of the chorus because hololive in general has a sense for dramatic timing. The counter hits 2M as she sings the phrase "My response won't come out" as if she's reacting with the song.

After tearing up at the tail-end of the Discommunication Alien, she tries to compose herself before thanking everyone for having finally reached the milestone. She struggles a bit, mentioning that she had wanted to energetically and happily express her gratitude.

She gives her speech, expressing how she was truly happy and thankful for everyone that cheered her on. She mentions that reaching the milestone was difficult but she had gotten here with everyone's help and support. She mentions that, deep in her heart, she felt worry and uneasy when Rushia left them; wondering whether she and her genmates would be fine.

Though there had been times that she had gone on feeling anxious, she had been able to stream and have fun with her genmates and other holo members. Though she admits that a part of her did feel some disappointment that Marine had gotten to the milestone before her, she was also immensely happy for Marine for reaching the milestone.

With purpose, she would like to keep doing her best. Though there are times that she'll make mistakes, from here on, she'd like to have fun with everyone as she aims for the next milestone 3 million (though she says this jokingly). Though she doesn't know if that's even possible. She mentions that she jokes about it often but she had always wanted the youtube diamond plaque (TL Note: 10 Million subs). As the story of Pekora keeps going, she would be thankful and happy if she got to do it with everyone. For that, she'll keep doing her best.

She truly loves streaming and she has fun every time she does so. She wants to convey how grateful she is to everyone, to a point that she would never be able to truly express how grateful she is in words.

She engages in a bit of banter with chat, mentioning that she the occassions where she cries have increased after she joined hololive. Apparently, before that, she was the type that didn't really cry much. Chat also mentions Yagoo and she kindly informs people that may not have known that they should look forward to her battle with Yagoo. She mentions that she'll be inquiring when Yagoo will be free for the occassion.

After a bit of thinking on what song to sing next, she decides on SSS after the chat mentions the song. It seems she likes the song quite a bit.

After SSS, she mentions though it's a bit high, she quites like it and that emphatizes with the song lyrics. For her next song, she feels the need to choose one of her orisongs. Though chat wants her to sing all of them.

Chat then suggests Interact Fantasia and she says that she did want to sing Interact Fantasia today but since the song was made for 5 people; though she tried her best to practice it, the song's fast and she has trouble pacing her breathing for the song.

Chat comes in again, saying that since it's for her 2 Million sub milestone, it would be appropriate to sing her 2nd orisong: Alibi Bunny. She laughs and answers that if that was the case then if she reaches 3 Million, she would need to sing Ra-ra-rabbit but that also meant she'd never sing Pekorandombrain. This does get her to decide that Alibi Bunny would be the next song.

After Alibini Bunny, she realizes that she doesn't sing her orisongs often when she does singing stream (and that she doesn't do singing streams often).

Someone in the chat requests her to sing Interact Fantasia, even if she mumbles through it. She laughs but indulges the request briefly and sings the opening of the song, up to the gen self-intros.

After spending some time debating what to sing, she goes for Ghost in a Flower.

After the song, she naturally talks about Rushia. She mentions Rushia covering the song and singing the song so she strongly associates the song to Rushia. With time running, she decides to proceed with a song she sang quite often: Fancy Baby Doll.

Quick mention of Usaken Summer festival plans and mentions Botan's minecraft stream that would take place later (TL Note: Botan did talk a little about it and mentioned that they did want to make something but Botan herself may have to rely on Peko and Towa since she'll be out of commission for at least a week). She mentions that long delayed Pekomari collab. It seems the doing the collab during the summer would be a bit difficult due to their schedules so it might be done in the winter instead (TL Note: Marine also talked about this on her drawing stream. Since they were doing a full gen collab every week in august, Pekora jokingly suggested that it might be best to just put it off till winter). Pekora confirms that even if its late, she'd be fine doing the off collab in winter.

First announcement:
She'll be making a more official announcement when the set date is near but for now she'll give hints. She mentions that there was something she wants to do now that she's reached 2 Million subscribers and it seems that she has some stuff in store that will happen around October or November. She hopes that everyone looks forward to it. The battle with Yagoo is a seperate thing and she'll be asking about that as well.
Second announcement:
Soon there will be a rather long game she'd wanted to do can finally be started. She says if by the week after next there's no development, she'd charge into Hololive HQ and ask again (This seems to be a game she's trying to ask permissions for, if I understand correctly). Chat wants her to bring a rocket launcher and commit raid but Peko argues that she'd definitely get caught by authorities.
