  1. Description (as described by DB_Dragon_General):
  2. The "D/Zel" archetype consists of EARTH and FIRE Machine monsters, with a bit of a Mad Max/post-apocalyptic scavenger vibe. Its Synchro monsters cover a diverse array of Levels, each of which can confer additional effects to High Octane D/Zel Dragon. The strategy could be described as a control/stun build, relying heavily on Spell and Trap cards to slow things down until suddenly exploding into a powerful end game. The S/T cards it fills the GY with have effects that trigger if they're banished by another effect, such as using High Octane D/Zel Dragon to Special Summon an Extra Deck monster.

Must be Special Summoned by the effect of a monster in the Extra Monster Zone, and cannot be Special Summoned other ways. If this card is in the GY: You can banish cards from the GY, including this card; Special Summon 1 "D/Zel" Synchro monster with a Level equal to the number of cards banished. Gains effects based on the number of banished cards:
